They advertise on Facebook that the purifiers are $80 for 4, but when you visit the website, they are $110 for 4. They explained that the ad was outdated, yet it continues to appear on my Facebook feed. Buyer beware!

Horrible products that don't last long
Sorry so long but, DON"T GET SCAMMED! Like I did..
These units Conveniently started making loud noises from the Faulty Fans in them. I bought 3 and one right after the other quit working. They sent me 2 out of the 3 replacements so robbed me twice . One of the replacements are ALREADY making faulty fan Noises. HIGHLY Recommend NOT buying these. SAVE your money.
Reply to Labcharges' reply: Sorry. I am tired of hearing about your policy on Refunds. All I keep getting is " send a video so we can send another unit " and ALREADY one of the replacement units are starting to make the same noise as the last 3 faulty units. These products are just not worth the hassle of every time they don't work to make a video, send it then wait for another unit that more than likely will stop working properly, the concept is spot on, but the consistency is very bleek.

These are terrible
These are terrible! Do not order! Everything from customer service to the actual product is not good. Shipping was late, like really late and speaking to someone is not a priority of theirs. We got 5 of these purifiers in our "pack". All 5 don't work now. They seek really quiet at first but after some time they ALL became so loud with this humming sound. I never noticed a difference in the dust or air with multiple units in different rooms. Total scam!

Easy setup and optimistic…
Upon receipt of the cleaners I quickly attached the power cords and plugged them in. No noise, very little air felt and blue light glow in the dark. It hasn't been quite 2 weeks but it does seem to be helpful! :)

I would like to know how long does it take to clean the air in a 1450 sq ft. Home. No pets and the floors are cleaned every 3-4 days.

Buyers remorse here and im giving the other lab charges away to friends so they to , can leave reviews (legally) but yeah this company is definitely a monkeys circus when it comes to customer service!

I have had the ionic purifiers about a week now and have not noticed any significant change EXCEPT my wife hasn't been snoring! My only other complaint is that the lights on the product(s) are too darn bright when trying to sleep.

These air filters are perfect! They’re small, quite, and effective. I have one in every room. My grandsons asthma is no longer an issue when he visits and my home is far less dusty and odor free. Theses do everything as advertised.

Product doesn’t work and company doesn’t care if it does
I ordered their buy two get one free advertisement. Within less than two weeks one machine began to malfunction. After contacting them it took more than a week for someone to return my message, with instructions that included send all ordering information and delivery information, videos of all three machines. They sent me one, no charge, to replace malfunctioning unit. Another month went by and another starting malfunctioning. By the end of 6 months all three of initial order and extra all began sounding like a large jet
Flying right overhead. I tried all methods I was told to do and not surprisingly not one of them became quiet enough for me to sleep in the same area they were located. Once I found out I would have to pay for returns of all machines and a restocking fee (for something they couldn’t resell. I decided against trying to get a refund.
The company (randomly) sent me an invitation to rate their products and I would receive a $10 credit to my
Account. After 3 weeks, I contacted the “person “ who asked me to do review about the $10, she said it would be refunded to my bank. Since it was ordered through PayPal, I again contact “her” to ask how that would work and she told me it would be credited through PayPal. Obviously that has not happened yet, and I don’t believe it ever will. If I could give them a lesser rating than one star I would. Totally unreliable company with no product that is worth any money, and getting a free on or more is not worth the hassle as it doesn’t work either.

Well between my husband i we bought 8 of these items. Had to replace 3 as they stopped working. Yes they replace them when they go out but we shouldn't have had to replace so many. Some work and some are just garbage. As anything you buy. So my opinion is half and half on these items. One thing I'm not thrilled at though is there way to bright.
