One of 5 devices failed within 30 days…
One of 5 devices failed within 30 days of delivery. It made a loud bearing squeak. I complained and they asked for a video. I sent it and no response. I followed up the said they had not received the video. By then it had quit all together and there was nothing to show. They finally offered to replace the unit but wanted 16.00 shipping and access to a ton of credit info. I said pass. My thought is Don't buy.

Horrible customer service and poor quality
We ordered 6 units and felt that they helped with eliminating odors. In less than 2 weeks two of the units sounded like they were a helicopter trying to take off. I tried to call the company but they never responded. An email resulted in an AI generated response that did not solve the issue. We were told this product had a one year warranty but customer service is nonexistent. Now all of the units are so loud that they cannot be run at night and since they also get hot we have to unplug them when we go out. I don't recommend this product.

Labcharge air purifiers are not worth the money
I purchased 3 get 1 free of the Labcharge air purifiers and they were not cheap. I waited almost 2 months to receive my product and that was after multiple emails sent to the company. 2 of them have quit working altogether after a couple months. They claim it helps with dust, but I have not seen a decrease in the amount of dust in my house and haven't noticed any significant changes in anything else to make me say these actually work. It was a waste of money.

Love the plug ins and the main product
I bought for my house and brought 1 to my mom's. She is a heavy smoker. The one doesn't help to eliminate the smell but drastically made it less potent in the house. I will be buying my mom some more for her house. My allergies have subsided a lot in my house since the purchase. The plg ins are great for those small spaces

I was hoping to notice a change in our bedroom, as I have a charger on the night stand next to my bed. I am still waking up in the morning stuffed up on one side. Was hoping the charger was going to take care of that issue.
