I like the Lab charge do I think it does any better than my regular Air Purifier? I don’t know for that for certain but I am using both because the air that’s coming down in the jetstream is really poor quality so I opted to use both my regular purifier and the Lab charge and I must say that it’s the air quality inside the apartment is pretty OK

Labcharge Ionic Air Purifier Scam
I purchased the Labcharge Ionic Air Purifier back in June of 2026. It has been two months and nothing but run a rounds trying to get the product. I have sent several notes and received several assurances that the product was about to be delivered. I was given a tracking number but nothing ever came from that.

I love the product WHEN IT WORKS. I bought 5 unites and three are faulty with the grinding, whirring noise. I have spent 1 week online to try and get replacements. Their AI responses are all the same. Seems like I Never give them all the information they need, Literally 21 emails back and forth. I ordered two of these and one within 40 days started to make noise and not work. I asked customer service to send me a new one and they would but would charge me shipping. Who it the right mind would pay more for a faulty product. Six months and the other one did the same thing. I would NEVER buy this again and they don't even work. It did nothing.

I bought 7 of these units for Christmas gifts. Stay away from this company!!!! Their products are WORTHLESS! The three units I used myself all gave out at the same time and when I tried to get my money back I sent them multiple videos that the units would not work and they saying they did not get the videos!!!

They work when they work but within…
They work when they work but within less than two months, the fan starts making loud noises and I’ve had two replaced, but still have issues again. The noise is so loud and annoying and when you contact customer service, they give you all these troubleshooting tactics to keep you busy, but nothing ever works. I have to wonder when they replaced the ones that were broken if they replaced them with others that have been returned. Also, you have to pay for return shipping, which is a croc when these things last less than two months. I would not recommend buying these.

Wouldn’t do business with this company again. Bought 4 units of the iconic air purifiers. All 4 have failed and make noise while running. The product design is flawed and the product doesn’t last. First one failed and they replaced it but I had to pay the shipping cost. Then the second one failed and they replaced it without a shipping charge. Now the last two failed and they want me to pay for shipping again. I told them to keep their product. 4 out of 4 went bad. Not a good product. They said they charge shipping to keep the cost down. Well if they produced a better quality product they wouldn’t have to worry about that.
