My friend referred me to Kramer’s after her husband recently passed away. Except for my error in placing two orders on the same day, everything went VERY well. Becky was there to help me with everything, when picking up my sister’s cremains. SHE WAS WONDERFUL! THANK YOU, BECKY!

They were the second phone call I made and the price they quoted was more than half the cost of the first. They came through quickly and I was charged the same fee as quoted initially.
