Kramer Cremation Arvostelua

Very compassionate and handled our beloved pet with care.

My little Chihuahua died unexpectedly on a Friday night. Through my shock and grief, last thing I wanted to do was figure out how to honor his little body before decomposition began. I didn’t have $500+ and no place to bury him..not to mention it was the weekend.
Kramer made it so easy to set up online and drop him off without worrying about hidden fees or or a difficult business hours.
For anyone who wants all the extras, they have that too.
Very inexpensive. Very straightforward and uncomplicated.
I’d recommend to anyone who experiences the loss of a pet.

Our lady came home a day after dropping her off .

The gentleman that picked up our son were sensitive to our recent loss and the rarity of the situation. We really appreciate how well they handled the whole situation. Everything was done so that it was the best possible experience under the circumstances.

Very helpful and always attentive in all aspects.

The individual and personal level of care was very much appreciated. the personal touch has made this difficult time less stressful on us.
Tim Record took the extra time to comfort us and talk with us as we completed our paperwork.

Kramer did a fantastic job !! Very professional and attentive!! They kept me informed .. Netti at the front desk was Amazing!! She was patient understanding and kind.
Keep up the great work!

They have been very professional and timely with all the notifications, we're not done yet but everything has been great so far.

Everyone was caring and efficient. It was a difficult task made easy by Kramer. Thank you.

You're not really low cost. You're about average for single animal cremation. And everytime I called I received a text to begin the process again which was annoying. Your people didn't know I had already picked up my pet and called to schedule pick up. I'm grateful you exist, but poetically won't use you again.

Kramer handled everything professionally and with kindness and care.

This is the second time in 4 and half months I have had to use Kramer. They are wonderful and caring. I highly recommend them for your family needs.

I have not had to reach out once they have kept me updated every step of the way

Josh walked us through the process, making it easy at a difficult time.

Josh was amazing and patient with me during this sad time. Took his time with me, and explained everything to me. Thank you.

I took my rabbit in for cremation. They we're very kind and professional. Put my mind at ease that her body would be cared for. Thank you.

Kramer's was easy to work with and friendly and of course, much cheaper than a mortuary. They were professional. We would recommend them 100%

Kramer did an amazing job for me. The staff was extremely kind and considerate. They kept me informed as to what to expect. I was notified every step they took. I would highly recommend using them. The staff made a very difficult time less stressful.

Kramer took my husband into their caring place and I was notified of each step of his process.
Because I chose Kramer my grieving was made a little easier.
