From the time they took possession of my love one and throughout the process - every time I picked up the phone someone answered the call and my questions! They kept within the times lines I selected, and now were on the last part of the process -which is sending the Urn to the Funeral Home in preparation for the Memorial Service. I highly recommend this company and their services!!

At first I was put off by the lack of human interaction. After the initial paperwork was filled out online I had questions, so I called and your staff was very helpful. I just think with more interaction with a person would have been helpful since my son had just died. All in all I'm happy with your service!

Oh my god, what a blessing. My fur baby boy passed two days after an illness and Kramer was so patient, even waited for us since we got there a little after drop off hours. It was affordable and thank you so much for taking care of my boy. I miss him so much. I highly recommend them.
