Kramer Cremation Arvostelua

When I called after payment for cremation of my spouse they answered the questions I had and they immediately send me a release form to sign because the first one was not signed via computer.

At a difficult time this was a Very simply process , thank you

With the unexpected passing of furr baby. Kramer Cremation really helped with all the questions. Guided us with all final decisions. Service was great and we even received her ashes back earlier then expected.

the associates were friendly supportive , and helpful , they were very understanding and respectful , the booking process was simple and intuitive , the price structure was reasonable

This was such an easy process. The Director I spoke with was compassionate and caring.

Very helpful and kind.

Kramer Cremation was excellent at communicating the cremation and death certificate process. They kept me informed all along the way. They accidentally charged me twice on my credit card but were extremely prompt in issuing a credit.
I have used them twice and each time they have been responsive and compassionate!

Kramer cremated my mom Deana Flores and made the experience comforting and quick. They helped so much during this hard time and I was very happy with the care they gave my mother. I give them a five star rating.

The communication was just the right amount, enough to keep me updated without being overwhelmed. Everyone was kind and caring when I picked up the ashes, which was a very emotional time for me. The costs were very reasonable; no frills, but everything I needed.

Losing a pet is never easy. But this company made the final destination for our pet extremely easy. I appreciate them and all they did for my pet.

They made this experience as easy as possible. They explained their procedures and were very respectful. Having never experienced this before, they were very considerate and made us feel at ease.

Compassionate, efficient, and quick care of pet cremation.

Mi gatita se quedo en buenas manos y la atención fue muy buena.

I must say I am very impressed with Kramer. The entire process has been so streamlined and painless. It has helped my family focus on grieving instead of worrying about all the different facets of a funeral etc. unfortunately, our loved one did not have life insurance so this was literally a God send being so affordable. I highly recommend Kramer!

They were very helpful and made the process easy especially during this devastating time.

Very professional and the fact that they are available 24hrs makes it better

Josh always answer's his phone and answers questions. He is always kind.

This is my first time cremating My pet experience so I was effy about it but I took a leap of trust and it was the right choice they answered the phone as many times you call I think I called like 4 times between 20 minutes and they answered every time and they walk you on every step I would gladly recommend this Cremation place to any loved one I did my registration online and my payment online they are safe to trust.

From the first phone call, they were very friendly and helpful. Everything went seamlessly. Thanks so much for making this difficult time as easy as possible!

Every part of the process was easy. The drop off after hours was so easy and fast. It removed stress from a difficult day. The cremation was fast and I had my pet back within a few days. All around great service.
