First and foremost, After.com was truly a Godsend for me and my family. After the passing of my dad years ago, who was cremated, I knew that was what I wanted for myself. So I presented my idea to my family, who were also in agreeance for wanting that for themselves. I then researched cremation services because I really didn't know too much about how I should go about it. And then After.com popped up. After reading about their services, their packages, and also reading their reviews...I knew that was what I wanted for me and my family. That was in 2024...I never knew that I was going to be using them two years later for my husband.

After.com is a very caring service. And the person who I had the pleasure of being assigned to work with me, was Phillip. A very kind, understanding, and patience man, who helped guide me through this very difficult time.

This place was horrible!
My father-in-law passed away in October 2025. I had contacted after.com regarding the cost of cremation. They were very active in following up. Emails phone calls to see if we would have them do my father in law’s cremation.

In October 2025 when he passed away, I called the service to have them pick up his body. I was told they would be there within a couple hours. After about four hours, I called again and they had me repeat all the personal information regarding my father-in-law. Told me to call back in 15 minutes if they didn’t call us back. After calling about four times I was finally texted a message that perhaps we should go elsewhere!
By this time, my father-in-law had been passed away for at least five hours in the living room waiting for pick up.
They admitted that they could not figure out where their people were after sending them to pick up my father-in-law‘s remains!
This was totally unacceptable at a terrible time. I have never heard of such awful treatment during the time when we were suffering.

What made the experience great was first, the interaction with Ethan Call. I had planned to purchase a cheaper plan with another company. However, Ethan gave such a great description of the AFTER plan that I completely changed my opinion. The other factors were your great ratings and your online excellency in the layout of the plan. When my husband passed they were amazing. The staff was compassionate and kind. I was disappointed that it took almost 4 hours for the to pick up his body, it just prolonged our sadness. But overall, they were great. I chose to preplan my cremation so my children weren't stuck with the bill. I called numerous times and thr peice changed daily. 1700, 1785, 1900. I felt ripped off. So I decided not to use them after all for myself. The $999 price you see online is a bait and switch. Don't fall for the scam.

Kole, my consultant, was truly wonderful! I did research the company and it has stellar reviews and customers trust the company. But, you have to have a good consultant. I contacted four companies. Three of them did not follow up, were apathetic, and I didn't really feel whether they cared whether they helped me or not. Kole was wonderful. He answered all my questions, walked me through everything I needed to know and I felt completely secure signing with After.com.

We selected After.com for assistance with my father's remains after he passed. The reviews looked great and their pricing seems very reasonable. The sales staff were always polite when I spoke with them. Isaac was very patient with my family. There were multiple people involved with the decisions and some were not very tech savvy. I really appreciate his professionalism.

We had a couple of bumps along the way. I feel they deserve a positive review as they clearly truly care and took the time to make it right. Life is not perfect and things can happen-thank you for helping us feel confident in the care our loved one received.

This was probably the worst event I have ever experienced, but I was taken care of concierge style by After.Com from arranging transport for the deceased and every step in between until I was able to pick up the cremated remainings, Price was a factor, and they were less expensive as well. Kayt was phenomenal in effort and info.

Just knowing who to turn to in a difficult time of your life, when losing a loved one is priceless. From the start everything went smoothly. The staff is sympathetic and you are informed of the process. After the process is over, they still checked up on me, which was sweet.

Very Professional

I did absolutely nothing but greive. They picked him up within 2 hours. Your staff was exceptionally kind and compassionate throughout the information collection process. He was ready within the month to come home. I received his death certificate. That's it. Everything was done. I am so glad to have had After.com take care of my husband. I wouldnt have known where to start. Thank you so much.

Why am I being charged so much for a pre-payed compared to a monthly installment package.... First advertisement I saw was for $995, I was charged 1995 (paid in full, no monthly charges) then I see an advertisement for $1,395 at the rate of $30 a month.... I am not satisfied!! There are no finance charges if I pay in full for a pre-need.... 702-886-2322

Seems like a huge scam done to the elderly. Told one price and received paperwork for more than double. Payments over 5 years. Was not explained. Good I read through the whole thing. Be very careful!!

Once again, since you apparently didn't get my first review. - After.com was wonderful. They were one step ahead of me at all times and made this grieving experience much easier. I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend.
