I saw all the reviews now and seems like everyone is being scammed by them. took my money but never delivered the products . waiting since 20 days and they never came. now Im trying ti get a refund and they keep on dodging. they are not refunding me even though courier told the parcel is lost. they keep on saying its in transit. never ever order from them. 0 starss!!!

Tutte le matite che ho acquistato (e non del solito lotto in quanto acquistate on line e in vari negozi) non hanno il prodotto fino in fondo.....infatti a 4cm circa dalla fine risultano VUOTE e questo non mi sembra giusto nei riguardi di noi clienti.
Infatti, con il prodotto che manca in 3 matite, si potrebbe fare una matita in più!
Per quanto riguarda la qualità del prodotto posso dire che è valido.

I bought from kiko milano and my bronzer was completely ruined. I wrote to them expecting that they would send a new bronzer to me. They gave me two options as an apology. I could choose to get a refund of 13€ or i could get a voucher of 20€. the price of the bronzer is 16€ so i couldn't get a full refund. I chose the voucher so that i would be able to repurchase the bronzer. I recieved the voucher a day after the bronzer went out of stock and the voucher expired within a short period of time while the bronzer still was out of stock. I asked them if it was possible to extend the voucher but this was not the case. I will never shop there again as this was a very long and stressful case and i ended up with no bronzer.

I reported a faulty eye shadow just as a feedback as I love the brand but no one will investigate without receipt even after I said that I got as gift for my bday. Your CS is a joke! DID NOT ASK ANY FREEBIES or COMPENSATION!

I have had a severe allergic reaction to the "long lasting colour" lip marker. It has totally ruined my face and I'm not sure if I will ever recover?
Almost immediately after applying it to my lips I knew something didn't feel right.
My entire mouth area was swollen and by the next day there were blisters, dryness, itchy eczema like rash that has lasted for over a fortnight now and it has caused a patch of hyperpigmentation on a patch of skin near my mouth.
I am devastated. My face looks do bad that I am struggling to leave the house and there have been no improvements since. I fear I may be scared for life.
If there is anyone out there that can give me any help or advice I would be most grateful as I feel this has ruined my life.
Please avoid this product at all costs. Its not worth it. I am full of regret and still on a lot of pain. My face looks completely hideous. I just want to hide away and cry.
I would rate it minus 100 stars but not an option.

Recently I decided to get some new make up from the Bridgerton line.

On my way home, I noticed that the make-up I swatched started to evaporate. Barely an hour later and the make-up was completely gone from my hand. So ofc I went back as soon as I could to return my un-used products.

They were unable to help me (Note: They told me the usually dont really take back make up and i should just exchange it for something in the store)

So in the end i have bad make up that doesnt even stay on, and the comapny has a horrible return policy.

Not a great experience. I went to a couple of stores to find a product I wanted for a birthday gift, including a special trip to the Covent Garden branch in London which was completely shut up when I visited in February 2024 with no sign as to when it would reopen.

Resorted to an online order. There was a deal and free delivery if you spent over £25. Had no idea the products would be coming from Italy. There's clearly no distribution base in the UK. This took two weeks and as a result missed the birthday I wanted the item for. I need to pay to return the item to Italy so that's not really worth my while. Doesn't seem environmentally sound either.

Two good things, customer service were quite good when I asked where my order was and eventually I got the item in the Oxford Street branch in London and was helped by a very friendly sales assistant.

They do have a great range of products but I would really hesitate to use their online arm again.

This company is a SCAM!!!! Bought a lot of makeup stuff, they charged me and I never received it. They said it was delivered but I never received it. Trying to contact customer care but it seems they don’t exist.

Hice un pedido a mediados de diciembre el cual no me llegó, porque el repartidor perdió mi pedido, llevo desde el día 20 de diciembre esperando el reembolso del mismo. Tampoco me han dado la opción de volver a mandarme mis productos, ya que era una promoción 3 + 3 del black friday. Estoy sin productos y sin reembolso del dinero a día de hoy.

Ordered £90+ of goods on 7th December, I still don't have them.
The day after the order, they sent an email saying there would be a 2-3 working day delay, therefore they knew when they took my money that they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order in a timely fashion.
Customer service are awful
I will never order from Kiko Milano again, despite quite liking their products.
Unprofessional and ill equipped to handle the logistics of on line ordering
Will I ever get my goods? Who knows :(

I ordered an eyeshadow palette and was charged for it. I never received a confirmation email and my attempts to contact customer services are being ignored despite sending multiple emails. I will not be buying from this company again.

This company is a scam. They took my money never sent the product and they are working with a dodgy company called DX express. Which give you false information about delivery notifications. They made me wait in doors for two days straight. No one ever came for delivery. But they were sending me false information saying “sorry we missed you” The customer care at KIKO MILANO is horribly bad. Now they are saying to me that they will refund my money and it will take 20 days. It’s just a scam. I know I’m not gonna get my money bak. But hopefully this will help other people. DO NOT BUY

I bought a Kiko Milano eye shadow stick which fell out of its holder in just a few months. Thinking it was a one off l bought another and the same thing happened causing staining on the floor it fell onto. I emailed their customer services who requested relevant information which l provided but was unable to send them the order number as l bought it online. As l had no proof of purchase, even though l sent them photos, bar code number etc they are refusing to compensate me. As this is clearly their product it is their responsibility as the manufacturer and they are liable. Very disappointed after buying two faulty products.
