Ho comprato un tavolo da salotto cabaret 90x90H34 dopo qualche ora il tavolino ha presentato degli scollamenti negli spigoli ho contattato sia lo store dove ho comprato il tavolino ma sono passati 10 giorni e ancora nessuna risposta
Sono molto scontento del servizio clienti i quali dovrebbero assicurare rispetto per il cliente e disponibilità ora mi ritrovo ancora con un tavolino del quale non ne usufruisco e che ho riposto nello scatolo sperando che mi possano risolvere il problema ma ho un infinità di dubbi ho mandato anche un email alla assistenza principale ma nessuna risposta
L oggetto in questione è stato registrato anche in termini di garanzia

MUY MALA COMPRA SOFÁ NATUZZI!! Compramos un sofá chaise longue, con una parte electrónica que eleva las piernas ( relax ) , en la tienda Natuzzi Valencia. Atención muy buena por parte de sus vendedoras. Un sofá en exposición.
Poco menos de un año después el contrachapado ( aunque lo llamen madera ) del módulo del sofá que eleva las piernas se rompe, quedando el sofá desnivelado.
Lo cierto es que informamos a la tienda de esta incidencia a los meses, diciéndonos que al ser un sofá de exposición la garantía es de 1 año ( aunque en la página oficial de Natuzzi habla de garantías de 10 años para roturas de la madera, como es el caso ).
Visto que se desentienden del arreglo, me derivan a un servicio de mantenimiento y viene un chico que cobra 43€ por la visita, sin ninguna herramienta, para ponerle 2 bridas y a ver si así aguanta…. Obviamente a los 5 minutos las bridas estaban rotas, el sofá igual de roto y yo 43€ más pobre.
Gran decepción del servicio pos venta de la marca y de la calidad del producto, que lo venden como de alta gama…
Mi anterior sofá fue un Roche Bobois que me duró 20 años con 0 incidencias.
Pd: hablamos de un sofá que su PVP es superior a 5.000€
Pd2: En su página dicen que fabrican sofás que están hechos para durar décadas. Y se cubren aplicando una garantía de solo 1 año?

We looked at all the furniture stores at the Leeds retail park and found the sofas for us at de design, the quality abd comfort impressed us so we went ahead with our purchase , we didn’t feel we had to look any further

I bought couch , loveseat and chair in December! 2 weeks later! All
Leather is sagging and stitching now is coming apart! I called the store, great customer service! They sent repair person out, ordered parts to repair. A month went by, finally service person came wrong parts were ordered! I emailed customer support and they had the nerve to tell me how to care for my couch to preserve leather!!! Junk 10 thousand dollars later waiting to here! I’m going after them if they don’t come thru this week!

Bardzo nieprofesjonalna obsługa posprzedażowa - kanapa po 5 miesiącach użytkowania okropnie się zmechaciła. Firma umywa ręce sugerując mi że źle wyprałam kanapę i kanapa była nieprawidłowo użytkowana... polecam omijać szerokim łukiem. (Kanapa nie była prana, a na pytanie jak można nieprawidłowo użytkować kanapę firma nie jest w stanie odpowiedzieć)
