Aparece como entregado y no es verdad, nunca ha sido entregado! No responden a los correos, ni a los formularios, la empresa de transportes sending tampoco! Sois unos ladrones ! Nunca más compraré vuestros productos

Mijn bestelling niet ontvangen. Wel betaald niets gekregen. Meerdere mails gestuurd. Geen antwoord.

Buongiorno ieri era il mio compleanno e mi sono recata alla Kiko di Rescaldina e sono rimasta molto contenta xk mi ha servito un commessa di nome Federica (store manager) gentilissima ed efficiente simpatica e molto carina nei modi di fare

Sono stata ieri 28 /5 da Kiko al carosello Carugate , premetto che normalmente vado a Milano in corso Vittorio Emanuele e mi trovo benissimo . Ieri una ragazza giovane e gentile mi ha illustrato un fondotinta dicendomi che era adatto a pelli age e ci sta non sono più una ragazzina poi come spiegazione assolutamente gratuita e di pessimo gusto mi ha tradotto il termine age come se nn lo sapessi chiedendomi che vuol dire pelle vecchia alludendo alla mia . Consiglierei alla giovane creatura di cambiare lavoro .👨‍💻

Een bestelling geretourneerd, nu geven ze aan dat ik maar een gedeelte heb teruggestuurd. Bewijs van verzending met 2 kg erop staan. Dat helpt niet. Heb nu een incasso bedrijf achter me aan. Geen goed contact te krijgen. Koop daar nooit online!!!! ‼️⛔️

Sabato mattina 26 aprile 2025, mi sono recata presso lo store Kiko sito in Nave de Vero ( Marghera-VE), però, a differenza di altre volte, sono uscita molto delusa. Premesso che sono da anni una fedelissima cliente si Kiko, e anche molto soddisfatta, sabato mi ha deluso moltissimo il comportamento di una commessa. Le è stata presentata una nuova collega al suo primo giorno di lavoro, chiedendole di affiancarla. La nuova ragazza è stata completamente ignorata dalla collega e messa in un angolo. Si percepiva visivamente e emozionalmente l' imbarazzo della nuova ragazza. Insomma non è stata sicuramente una bella scena da vedere!. Nessuno di noi è nato imparato! Mi auguro che Kiko insegni ANCHE e SOPRATTUTTO l' EDUCAZIONE ai propri dipendenti e non solo l' arte di vendere. E che queste scene di arroganza non si verifichino piú!

La relación precio-calidad de los productos es muy buena. La atención al cliente, por regla general, es excelente. Quiero mencionar expresamente a Irma, de la tienda del centro Comercial Nervión Plaza, es extraordinaria, profesional, amable, sabe orientarte ofreciéndote el producto que realmente necesitas, sin vender por vender, en fin la dependienta ideal que me gustaría encontrar en cualquier tienda.

Sono stata da Kiko dopo un po' di tempo (tipo un anno)devo dire che i prodotti sono cambiati in peggio e i prezzi sono saliti e non di poco ,deludente

Really really upset with the customer service in Nottingham branch. Picked up wrong shade of lipstick, realised when I got home AND it had been used. Took back immediately with receipt and was refused a refund and RUDELY accused of using it. Is this OK behaviour for Kiko?

Me gusta mucho, no entiendo por qué tiene reseñas tan bajas.
Me llegó todo bien, cuando fui a tiendas genial y calidad-precio increíbles.
Eso sí, creo que si tienes algún problema con la tienda online ya se complican las cosas, pero escribí a su correo y las empleadas son unos amores.

Туш жахливої якості, пливе та залишає сліди вже за 2 години, навіть коли наносити навіть на кінчики тільки на верхні вії. НАЙГІРША ТУШ яку я коли небуть мала.
Помада з блиском у відтінку #130🚫. Помада не відповідає відтінку який заявлений на сайті, а блиск розчиняє саму помаду. Це працює як розчинник замість блиску та розтікається вже за 10хв. Аплікатор блиску абсолютно дерев'яний, жорсткий та найгіршої якості.

Esattamente il 3 Febbraio intorno alle 18:00, mi trovavo da Kiko di Etnapolis. Nonostante il mio tono calmo nel chiedere un’informazione alla dipendente, quest’ultima si è rivolta a me, inizialmente squadrandomi da testa a piedi in maniera molto maleducata, per poi “rispondermi” dandomi le spalle ed invitandomi a comprare non uno, bensì due prodotti al posto di “Lash serum Pro Gel”, insinuando che non fosse un siero per le ciglia, ma un semplice mascara trasparente. Peccato però che avendo studiato lingue, so per certo che “serum” voglia dire “siero”. In sintesi, oltre che scorbutica con la clientela, poco informata sui propri prodotti

Honestly like so many other comments I have to start with I wish I had read the reviews before ordering online. I have used Kiko for many years and often buy when in Spain ( there is no UK store near me) I had run out of a few things so decided to order online, all I can say is Don't!!!!! It's absolutely awful experience and I am shocked that an online company that is well known is this appalling. After 11 days of nothing happening with my order I sent a message asking when to expect dispatch, first they sent an email saying that they couldn't answer for privacy reasons as it was not the email I used for the order ? Absolutely bizarre as it is, then when I got in touch explaining it was my correct email and I wanted to know about my order , they sent a response saying that at my request they had cancelled the order. Actually having read some of the nightmares others have had on here with broken and used products sent or trouble with the delivery company it's actually a relief they cancelled. Kiko if you don't want to sell online in the UK then don't buy treating customers this way is quite unbelievable, as much as I like the products I will never buy again and look for alternatives

I’m so disappointed by the customer service literally the worst I was looking for a lipstick shade the lady with blond hair that supposed to be “makeup artist” didn’t want to help me she said you can check there cause they don’t have I end up finding the same shade by myself in another collection she has a bad attitude and negative energy like excuse me I’m coming to buy you are supposed to assist me till the end I work in customer service years and years it’s not like that! I will definitely not come back ..

Still don't have my products that I ordered over a month ago. They said that this is because of the load of black friday, but then estimate the delivery better! No surprise this page has such bad reviews

Nachdem nun die Ware doch noch vor Weihnachten angekommen ist möchte ich von 1 Stern auf 3 hochgehen. Wahrscheinlich ist der Shop überrannt worden. Trotzdem wäre eine kurze Info für den Besteller sinnvoll. Deshalb 3 Sterne. Produkte sind Geschenke deshalb kann ich hierzu noch nichts sagen.

I bought KikoHolidays wonderlights Stalright Kiss Lip Balm. "full of glitters".......... NOTHING! The check on my hand was quite ok, but on the lips. NOTHING. do not waste your money. The effect is only like a creamy balm. No glitter and price in Milan Euro 14!!! you can buy with 4 euros another brand with much better effect.

So someine in Kiko cosmetics has changed the best sellimg electric blue mascara to a horrible bloated tube with a miniscule brush..
The original was great, why did kiko change an item when it was fine as it was?
Does Kiko not bother cheking how well it was being sold?
Go figure...now its imposdible to get hold of the original. When will thry learn to leave things alone as they are🙄?

Never received my package, i contacted them and i they told me they have not seen a order from my name, phone number, adress, or mail. Nothing. They asked me to send them proof of my order, (the order number) which i never received either. Biggest scam ever.
