Kiddisave Arvostelua 

i wanted a fold-away pushchair for taking on a flight but needed something that wasn't flimsy, as my son is tall for his age and ridiculously strong. This ticks all the boxes; it is well made, smart, relatively inexpensive, very manoeuvrable, comfortable for my 10 month old son and has a decent sized basket underneath. My only comment about a possible down side is that the 5 point harness is fiddly. The shoulder straps have to be slid into slots on the central harness and held in place while clicking the mechanism together. The advantage of this is that when undoing the harness the shoulder straps simply fall off, rather than having to twist your child's arm under it to get them out, which my son absolutely hates with a passion! Overall though I love it and think it's excellent value.

UTTER RUBBISH. Ordered obaby crib from them listed on website item was in stock and 48hr delivery.As I needed this very quickly as my wife is expecting any day now went ahead and ordered. After 1week no reply to say it has been dispatched on the website just says processing. Anyway I emailed and eventually they replied then told me item was being sent direct from supplier well i cant be hanging round waiting for this. 3 days later still no dispatch confirmation cant be bothered with them anymore so told them to give me a refund which they still have not done. I will be filing a claim through paypal. Useless...

Ordered my Obaby pushchair and car seat on Monday at 12:10am and received the same on Tuesday at 09:30am, amazed with super fast delivery. Push chair and car seats both were properly packed and both are in good condition. I hope to get similar speedy and good customer service in case I face any issue with pushchair and car seats in future. Look forward to using your service again.

Ordered my mamas and papas sola plum ex display pushchair (which has now been discontinued) Monday evening and had it delivered to me on the Wednesday. I was updated regularly by text and email about when my order would be here. Pushchair arrived in good condition and looks brand new. Would definitely use kiddisave again.

I ordered 3 items from them which were all listed as in stock for immediate delivery. Since the order was placed, there has been no communication at all from them in relation to this order. The order status is "processing" and they so not respond to emails. I called and was told that they would look into it and call me straight back; they never did. They then had the audacity to send me an email asking me to review my purchases!!! I have not received my order and will not have to contact my credit company to do a chargeback. First experience with this company - never again.

I ordered a pram but found out minutes later that my parents had already bought one as a gift. I emailed straight away (as the telephones close unreasonably early) and was promised a response as soon as possible via an automated response. I tried chasing it up when the phones opened at 9.30 but the first time someone answered the phone was well after 10am. Until that time the answer machine said the office was closed. I was assured the order would be cancelled. I chased again via email to get written information but have now received a dispatch note. Unacceptable service. I will complain once the phones are open again and someone bothers to answer.

On the 11th July we ordered this bed on another website every three weeks with me contacting them I was told the bed would be another three weeks.
Tuesday 2nd September they told me it would be the end of September. I demanded a refund.

Tuesday night we ordered from Kiddisave and its now Thursday morning and I have the bed I wanted two months ago.
I would recommend and I will definitely be using them again.....also was cheapest we found.

Kiddisave were by far the best price for the Out n About Nipper and unbelievably quick delivery, ordered Sunday arrived today! Really happy would definitely order with kiddisave again.

Can't believe I ordered the pushchair yesterday morning and it arrived the nxt day with no delivery charge ! U don't always experience that service when u pay 4 it !! Will definately use Kiddisave again and I'll reccomend them to all my friends :) very impressed x

I ordered a Cosatto pushchair, they said you could track it until it comes, I waited for a tracking number... Never received one! Contacted Kiddisave, they couldn't find my order! It arrived the next day and they didn't even know! The purchair broke within 2 weeks! Asked for a refund... They'd already refunded the money (without me knowing) even though I still had the pushchair! I rang to say it had broken, it was collected 3 days later... 8 days later I'm waiting for a refund and it was in PayPal the whole time! NICE OF SOMEONE TO LET ME KNOW! Avoid this company! Poor communication, poor products and poor tracking!

The best site/shop online

After initially buying my Bugaboo Donkey and all the problems I had with them, I vowed never again to use Kiddisave. However when my seat units broke I had no choice but to return to them for them to sort it out. The service I received from Karen was second to none. I believe she went above and beyond to help me and she kept me informed at every stage along the way. I now have a fully working Bugaboo Donkey once again. Karen I cant Thank you enough.

I had a faulty inner tube valve on my quinny buzz and complained to kiddisave and their customer service was brilliant. Their cs advisor was friendly and helpful and sent me replacement tubes in the post. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had been worried about ordering from kiddisave as I had never found them before, so I read some reviews. All the reviews I read were negative, which I guess is this norm. I decided to email them to get a delivery date from them on the cosatto high chair. I had great communication with the guy working there, and the chair arrived within 3 working days. I guess people only tend to write a review when things go wrong, but I received excellent service.

We brought a bugaboo cameleon all black from Kiddisave on Sunday night, I had a text on Monday saying we are having a delivery on Tuesday from dpd. On Tuesday it came, really happy with the product easy to put up, and really recommend Kiddisave and will be using them again. :-)

You make an order, nothing arrives, no communication, do not answer phones or emails, then have the audacity to to send a customer satisfaction survey, despite no delivery or communication. They were suddenly fast to refund when I initialised a dispute with Paypal. Thank goodness for Paypal.

Order placed on 18th December and was told to expect delivery in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks and no email regarding delivery I tried to phone on 7 occasions, one of these times I was on hold for 45 minutes and the call still wasn't answered. I emailed and was told that they were looking into when my delivery would be made. Eventually I received an email to say that my order would come that Friday. Only half the order arrived, I again tried to call and after holding for 20 minutes I got to speak to someone. I was told that they didn't know when the other part of my order would arrive. They get delivery from supplier on a Monday and Tuesday but they have no idea what's in it??!! There was no email or phone call to keep me informed, the manner of the person I spoke to in 'customer services' left a lot to be desired, you can never get through on the phone and they don't respond to emails. Basically, if you want what should be an enjoyable and exciting part of preparing for the arrival of your baby spoiling, then order from this company.

Placed my order on the 2nd of January as the price was very good. Website claimed item was in stock and delivery is usually 2-5 working days, once I ordered I was told it would be 4-6 weeks. When I asked for a specific delivery date I was told that the manufacturer would be in touch with me, this was on the 3rd of January. Didn't hear anything by the 12th so I emailed kiddisave, because they never pick up the phone, and then was told it would not be delivered for at least another 6-8 weeks! I asked for a full refund, which is £902.50, on the 12th and was told it would take 5-7 working days, fair enough I thought. Did not receive it in that time, so emailed them twice to see what was going on, no reply to either and still no refund as of yet, the 27th of January. I am disgusted with this. Prices seem good, but it's only so you order with them, don't be fooled like I was.
