Ordered this balance bike after lots of research. It appeared to be the best one which would suit my son from the age of 12 months old. The bike is very well made and should withstand a boistrous young boy! The item didn't arrive within the 5 working days, however after one call to kiddisave they rang the suppliers and confirmed it would be with me by the end of the week, which it was.

They had a really large selection of products and I couldn't find anyone cheaper.

I bought a Moses Basket from this firm. I had previously ordered the same item from a well known Glasgow supplier of baby things and was later told it had been discontinued and they would refund my £125 in 3 to 5 working days!!! They said they had phoned Silver Cross and tried everywhere in the country to get one - obviously didn't try very hard as I bought one from Kiddisave and it was delivered within 2 working days. The item is beautiful and the delivery firm DPD were fantastic texting me a one hour delivery time. The driver (Lee) was like a breath of fresh air. You also get loyalty points. I would highly recommend Kiddisave and will certainly buy everything I need from them in the future.

Overall, I am very impressed with the Kiddicare shopping experience. I e-mailed customer service about a price match for the footmuff I wanted and with a couple of additional questions. They replied promptly the next day and answered all my questions fully. Having placed the order today, I am just waiting for my footmuff to arrive now!!

This is about the fourth purchase from Kiddisave and I would highly recommend them to others for their value and customer service. The staff in store are also very helpful and pleasant.

Great price, fast delivery. Helpful customer service when I needed to cancel an item. Defo use again.

Placed our order on a Sunday website stated if we ordered within the next 20 hours we would receive the product on Wednesday when placing the order and we would be notified of despatched via email, received no dispatch email so I contacted kiddisave via email, was told that the item would be with us by Friday the latest but there was no tracking information available at this time, received an email from DPD on Thursday to confirm a tracking number and confirm delivery for Friday.

Would use again but there is a lot of room for improvement before they reach a customer satisfactory level of there competitors, customer service were helpful and accurate but should it come to the point where we need to contact them if they just for fill there promises?

I fould the item I wanted on the web site - andy Warhol Cars set for the Bugaboo ,
The item was listed as out of stock so phoned the store to find out when they would haave more stock the person on the phone comfired that they had just recieved another set in and as I could not order on the phone and get the loyalty points I would have to order on the website However they also agreed that they would hold the item in my name until the end of the day so I would not miss out ,
I was kept updated with emails I had an email to say my order was complete ready for dispatch an further email to confirm it was going to be out for delivery the next day and then another with a 1 hour delivery time .
The next day the courier delivered my item within the given 1 hour slot , the item was well packed with no damage to the packaging ,
The set its self looks great on my Bugaboo .
The service was 10 out of 10 and I for one would be happy to use Kiddisave again.

I ordered my item on Saturday and recieved it today with free delivery exactly at the time they gave to me. The item was the cheapest from kiddisave and I would definitely recommend, happy customer :-)

Ordered a high chair with a next day delivery. A week later turns out it's out of stock, took my whole week to make a contact with customer services, emails would bounce back, no one was answering the phone. Appalling experience when I needed a chair urgently.

placed order,wait for couple days,then i contacted them,said my card marked as faulty,but payment already took,i quite doubt they dont have stock,then wait couple days for refund,worst buy

I ordered a bugaboo bee in pink at point of ordering it said 2-4 weeks. 9 weeks later it arrived after 3 complaints.
Blamed on manufacturer delays on particular colour which I accept but only after I'd complained did they actually let me know a new timescale it was never off their own back.
Customer service team were however very friendly when they did contact me.

I ordered a bugaboo and accessories last night. After reading the negative reviews I started to panic bit and called the company this morning. I was only on hold a couple of minutes and then the phone was answered. I spoke to Karen who confirmed what it said in the confirmation email that delivery would be 4-6 weeks but she offered to check the stock room to see if the items were in the warehouse. Most of them were and she said she will arrange for them to be send out next day delivery for me. The item that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for she offered to refund back to me at order value. The response was really quick and helpful and so far I cannot complain. I just hope the refund will happen as I was told and the order will arrive on Thursday as discussed. Fingers crossed but so far I cannot echo the other people's bad experience.

Great service and the delivery was super quick and I saved over £500 with all the accessories I got with the stokke will recommend to family and friends.

We ordered 3 items (Maxi Cosi Pebble, Maxi Cosi FamilyFix base, Bugaboo Cameleon 3 Denim 107). All items showed as 'in stock' when we ordered.
I got in touch a couple of days later via email to check on delivery progress and got a response that Bugaboo was on a 2-4 delivery. Fair enough - not much we could do about that. Would have been nice to see that when ordering, but nevermind.

3wks after ordering we'd still not heard anything, so I rang customer services. I got the update that it was delayed another 7-10d. Again, not much we could do so we waited patiently. I dropped an email back to Customer Services just to double check what the confidence was in the 7-10d delay (i.e. could it be even longer), as I was anxious as we're getting closer and closer to d-day, and now without time to order another from elsewhere. We're over a barrel.

Worryingly, I got an email response saying that the Bugaboo we'd ordered (and showed in stock) was discontinued - VERY late in the game to tell us this. I rang Cust Servs again to find out what was going on. I spoke to a lady called Karen who tried hard to resolve this for us - credit where it's due, she was helpful. She rang back later in the day to say she'd found a bugaboo afterall (despite it being 'discontinued'). BUT, the crux of the whole issue (and the reason why we were so delayed) is that the picture and description of the Bugaboo that I had bought & paid for on the Kiddisave website was NOT the item that was being sent. Karen explained that it seemed the website was incorrect and had the wrong price against the item. In short, the price was for the older Cameleon (that was discontinued), whereas the picture and description was for the later (more expensive, but out of stock). Karen assured me that the differences between the older model that we were being sent, and the later model that I'd based my purchase on was a small cosmetic change at the front wheels.

However when I finally received the order, I found to my immense disappointment that the changes are far more significant than that: the carry handle does not swivel, the handlebars are not ratcheted, the under-seat carry bag is smaller, the unit doesn't 'lock' when put up without carrycot attached, front wheels are different.

These are all significant differences, and ideally I'd like the model that I had been sold - that had been in the photos and description. However, we're now delayed to a point where I can't run the risk of waiting for a delivery. Baby will arrive before the Bugaboo does - and Kiddisave have said that it's significantly out of stock anyway.

We've been backed into a corner by time. Karen has offered a 10% refund, which we've accepted, but it's small consolation as we've spent the best part of £1000 on what turns out to be a mis-sold and outdated item.

Also, my loyalty points I accrued (978 of them) still haven't been validated - even after a month after ordering.

I won't be using, or recommending, Kiddisave I'm afraid. Karen, who I've dealt with has been great, but I feel she didn't really have much support to do anymore. My wife will be adding her thoughts to Mumsnet most likely.

I ordered 2 Graco Junior CarSeat Bases and a pack of 2 Fisher Price Car Sunshades. The website said in stock and allowed me to order for next working day delivery. I gave them 2 working days and then emailed them only to be told then bases had been 'Double Ordered' and now were no longer in stock. The shades advised shipped and I managed to negotiate these to be given free of charge due to the mix up while I waited for the bases to come back into stock. Waited again and no shades. Contacted Kiddisave again only to be told the shades were now out of stock also. What a bunch of cowboys! I ended up having to cancel my order. Not happy at all.

I was so impressed with the fact that my goods were delivered the next day, even some of my catalogues don't deliver that quick. The goods were well packaged. My only complaint is that the instructions weren't very good. They were placed right in the middle of the buggy and didn't cover all aspects of the buggy like how to take off the second seat and how to put on the rain cover (although it was quite easy to work out). The instructions aren't probably Kiddisave's issue, its the manufacturers! Overall though a very good service
