My item never arrived so I contacted them. They gave me the postal tracking number and I searched for it. Couldn’t find what had happened to the item. Contacted them again and they made new ones and resent the item.
This time they arrived and are gorgeous. So happy with there customer service. Nice friendly and happy to help me.

I just received my necklace with a photo of my wonderful late husband. It is just so beautiful! I love it! Great quality and it came in a beautiful box. Thank you, I would definitely buy more items.

Originalpreise auf der Homepage sind eine Frechheit. Dienen lediglich als Irritierung. Selbtst mit Rabatt (Groupon etc) noch deutlich teurer als bei anderen Anbietern.

Habe eine Mondlampe bestellt: Bei Lieferung defekt, optisch nicht ansprechend.

Habe ein Bild im Holzrahmen bestellt: Motiv nicht erkennbar

Habe ein Glaskristall mit Foto bestellt: Foto verzerrt, sobald man es von oben / unten betrachtet.

Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Lieferzeit für eines der Produkte länger als angegeben.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht 😞 viel Geld für so eine nicht gute Qualität Expressversand 50 Euro extra gezahlt!!! Es hat nichts genutzt die warte Zeit war 4 Wochen das ist über den Tisch gezogen leute Finger weg für das geld bekommt ihr bei anderen Anbietern sehr gute Qualität und wenn express dann ist es auch so!!!!! I ordered a nightlight for my granddaughter - I purchased the light through a third party so got a shock when I found out postage was extra (a lot extra) and was worried about it arriving in time for Christmas as it was coming from USA - but not Justyling's fault and the light did arrive in time and was a great quality

I ordered a pair necklace getting them . They are really expensive and take a long time to make so I was expecting quality . It is absolute garbage it fell apart after wearing one day.

I ordered 4 of the crystal hearts with images of family. They took a very long time to arrive. I paid over $12 per item to ship which I thought was excessive. 3 came in one box and the last came over a week later in a separate box. Another customer rated that the tracking info was invalid, and I did find that half of the tracking data was incorrect and really pretty useless. The products when they were received were absolutely beautiful and very well done. I would order them again, but don't be in a hurry.

Appalling customer service. Fake tracking number and fake deliveries. Stay away I ve payed the walled in end of June, it s now mid September and no one knows where is what I ve payed for
