Justyling Arvostelua 

I ordered the customized LED mirror for my small business in MARCH . The lights malfunctioned, they sent me new lights, but it took until APRIL 30 with all the back and forth! Early July, (I was moving) When I took the old lights off the back, it ripped up the material which showed in the front, rendering this useless. It took me 4 days and several
Emails to explain to customer service what happened as she kept telling me
I did it wrong.
She finally offered to replace the whole thing, but it took several Emails for me To explain how to address the package!! It is a really cute little sign but it was not worth the hassle!
It doesn’t have to be that hard!

Great customer service. My only complaint is that I believe ALL products should be viewable prior to purchasing WITHOUT having to pay for it. A great company should stand by their products and want their customers to see their product before it's made. The product was made well.

Ook via VakantieVeilingen een kortingsvoucher gekocht en niet goed gekeken ivm tijd, natuurlijk ook mijn fout maar wat een stelletje afzetters dat VakantieVeilingen hier mee in zee gaat, 130 euro voor een simpel klein dekentje en hier komen ook nog allemaal kosten boven op.
Denk de volgende keer wel drie keer na voor ik ergens op bied

After months of attempts to resolve the issue of not receiving the products ordered, I have given up. I know that is exactly what Justyling expects. This is their business model.
In November, I ordered Christmas presents from Justyling through Groupon. I have not/did not receive any of the products ordered. Multiple attempts to contact Justyling and Groupon, I have not received any response whatsoever.
Please, prior to ordering from these companies think twice. Caveat emptor -- let the buyer beware.
I shall be shopping locally, at least I can return to a physical location if dissatisfied.

UPDATE:
Upon leaving the review about Justyling, I received an email from the General Manager. Research on their end indicated the items I ordered were mailed. Although I received an item ordered by someone else, since my items are listed as mailed, there's no recourse. I was told there had been issues with the email system used by Justyling and they are using another email system now. I appreciate the response and research from the company. Obviously, there are many reasons why the items did not get to me. Perhaps, the items were placed in the wrong package or the delivery by USPS went to the wrong address. I'll never know.
When goods or services are not satisfactory, I will not wait so long to write a review.

Since I requested assistance from Groupon to resolve the issue, at the very least, I expected some response which never appeared. Groupon will not get anything from me again. If Groupon doesn't respond to their customers, why do business with them?

This company advertised for a custom picture which I purchased through another website and then when I went to use the code and check out with this company not only did they add the shipping but they added a few dollars more for something else which wasn’t explained why and then they also added tax which wasn’t on the third-party site so it actually ended up being double for it to be sent to me other than just the shipping that was advertised on the third-party site .

Do not order from this company. They misprinted my order because they did not send me the proof that I paid extra for, so the mistake wasn’t caught. Then, I said I didn’t want a replacement, because the quality (of the misprint) was poor, and that I wanted a refund. Over 5-6 emails for 2-3 weeks, they literally insisted on me buying a variety of different products, trying to circumnavigate my refund request (a request which is in line with their return policy); finally when I insisted I didn’t want a generic 5-pack of cheap yarn socks, they told me they’d give me a refund “minus $15 to cover shipping costs”, for the item they misprinted in the first place. My order was only $35. They made this so difficult for such a cheap product, that I eventually just gave in to avoid more headache. I will never order from this company again and I suggest you go elsewhere, because even if you don’t have misprint issues, the quality is cheap.

ho acquistato una lampada notturna personalizzata con nome, ma oltre ad avere pagato la spedizione ad un costo esagerato (più del prezzo del prodotto), una volta ricevuto l'oggetto mi sono reso conto che non corrisponde alla descrizione riportata dal venditore: non c'è nessuna batteria ricaricabile in 2 ore e l'intensità della luce è fissa e non graduabile al tocco. Nella confezione non c'è traccia delle istruzioni, nessun riferimento del costruttore e nessuna certificazione di sicurezza. Prodotto cinese da evitare.

Er zoals velen (naar nu blijkt) in gestonken, ik ben via vakantieveilingen voor een heel misleidende advertentie gevallen onder de tijdsdruk van een veiling. Bij vakantieveilingen krijg je 0 op je rekest, dat Justyling zo geld wil verdienen vind ik diep en diep triest...., hoop dat ze heel gelukkig worden bij zowel Justyling als bij Vakantieveilingen met zulke praktijken.

Oplichters ketting besteld en betaald maar is nooit aangekomen! Ook wordt er niet op de mail gereageerd!

Weer mail ontvangen om een mooi vaderdag kado te bestellen. Mensen niet doen. Oplichters!!! Besteld, betaald en niets gekregen. Iets niet goed gegaan met de bank. Bij mij meteen afgeschreven. Een en al ellende. Maanden mail verkeer maar geen oplossing. Conclusie: geld kwijt en geen produkt. NOOIT MEER. Zou niet meer dan normaal zijn de klant tegemoed te komen. Als de fout bij jullie zit. Dan houden jullie in iedergeval meer klanten. Nu niet.

I purchased Scoopon vouchers where it stated that the delivery will be app. $7.99. Now when I started the order, I am charged $56 delivery fee and $27+ tax and something else, totalling $99 on top of what I paid for the vouchers. Scoopon and Justyling keep pointing fingers at each other and not refunding me my money.

What an incredible company! I couldn't get a good clear picture of the dogs I wanted to get done for my friends and I couldn't figure out a few things to do with the order. The person I spoke to was unbelievable. SOOO helpful, so willing to do whatever it took to ensure that I was happy. The product arrived in a beautiful box and it is perfect. So grateful.

Bad service.. I was waiting 1 month for my order and they give something that I can buy for 1 euro.

A friend of 20+ years lost his Mom recently and I found this Groupon and thought it would be the perfect gift to memorialize her. I sent my favorite picture of her and look at the finished product AMAZING! My friend was blown away! He said he had never seen anything like it and it was gorgeous. I highly recommend this company they were quick to respond to an email I sent and they do amazing work.
