I didn't expect it to be so large and so detailed. The 3D print turned out amazing, I will definitely buy a few more and recommend it to my friends and family! Great value for the price, fast shipping, and makes a great gift!

I had a great experience from ordering to receiving the product I had ordered. You have to be mindful of the photos and the frame you select because it may not fit. I waited for a while before I received my order in mail but I was aware of the timeframe so be prepared to wait. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was reasonable. I actually bought and ordered again that’s how much I enjoyed their product.

What an absolute scam -I purchased a lamp via Wowcher for £16.99, no mention of the £27.55 additional charges they were about to land on me!
The lamp didn't even work - they brushed off my questions. AVOID at all costs

As far as I’m concerned, the customer service here sucks. I got a Groupon as a gift for one of their bobble heads I went to place the order it would not accept the Groupon code after I put all my information in, so I tried it again. It would not accept my code, but instead of canceling, it placed the order which I did not do. It did not take the Groupon code so I sent them probably 15 to 20 emails and all they could say was well we have your information and you must’ve ordered it. Well I did not approve anything. I already reported it to my bank as fraud so instead of one bobble head they sent me three and charged me for all of them which was $536.77 for a little piece of shit bobble head. Now they will not respond to me at all. I hope this gets to everybody to know that this company once they have your money they’re not gonna give it back. Plus they also charged me an extra $36.77 for shipped. I even tried to call them to no avail.

Beim Einlösen bei Justyling sind Zusatzkosten von 9,-Steuern und 10,- Versand dazu gekommen. Die Zusatzkosten von insgesamt 19,-€waren höher wie der Verkaufspreis der Tasche. Habe die Bestellung sofort storniert!

Ich warte seit 3 Wochen auf die Design-/Bild- und Textkontrolle für eine Mondlampe. Ich habe diesen Service extra bezahlt. Ich bin verärgert über die sehr lange Bearbeitungszeit und dass die Lampe an sich schon sehr teuer ist und obendrauf auch noch das Porto kam. Da ich noch eine Fernbedienung bestellt habe steht alles in keinem Verhältnis mehr. Es war aber ein Geschenkgutschein den ich nicht verfallen lassen wollte! Ich bin gespannt, wann der Kundenservice endlich auf meine E-Mails reagiert, um eine Antwort zu bekommen!

Purchased through Groupon for 2 puzzles for $50. There is nothing about needing to pay any additional fees except postage. When ordering, I was charged an additional $80 in total for name letters and for

When it finally arrived. It looks like a $2 puzzle from a cheap shop and they spelt the name wrong.

When I asked for a refund, I was told I was going g to lose my Groupon fee as well as a charge to cancel...something they stuffed up to start with.

I was absolutely blown away at how beautiful these are! Got one for my daughter & son for Christmas with their pets who had passed. I am sure they will love them too and such a unique gift! Ordering was easy, questions answered in a timely manner and got here quickly!

Habe 4 Fotodecken über Groupon bestellt. Alle Decken kamen in einem Päckchen. Mir wurde pro Decke über 10€ Versandkosten eingezogen. Tatsächlich angefallene Kosten für so ein Päckchen mit 4 Decken) sind max. 4,90€. Diese shop zockt erst mal an überteuerten Preisen und hauptsächlich an Portokosten ab.
Schade dass sich Groupon mit solchen Firmen einlässt.

It’s been a month and nothing I keep getting tracking numbers that keep moving away from my house to different states. They stated my address was wrong and when confirmed it was correct. They said I could go pick it up but when I reached out to this facility an hour away from my house they don’t allow you to pick it up. I asked for a refund at this point and they refused. Terrible customer service and will never ever order from here again. Do not order from this place if you need it by the same year

I purchased a 3D crystal reflecting my deceased mom resting in her casket along with a personally inscribed light display base. To ensure I would be pleasingly satisfied with the overall layout, I added the additional pay proofing option which was very misleading and served no significant purpose. I must state the landscaping glass is of high quality but the inner image is faint and very grainy...not as crisp as the proof I approved for final production. I did send a disappointing experience email and received a response from Jim Z (customer relations) apologizing for the misleading process but no further assistance.
