Not only the product (a multicoloured moon lamp) was surprisingly more beautiful than expected. It was also VERY realistic (not a group photo, but a head shot of a person) !!
Their designers did a great job of integrating the photo I supplied in such a way that it blended perfectly onto the moon lamp !!
Apart from the product I DEFINATELY want to thank Mrs. Tang (Customer Services) for not only going to great lengths in pro-active communication, but also thinking with me as first-time customer.
Justyling has therefore secured themselves for at least 1 (and probably more) orders from my side !

1 januari pakketje besteld voor mijn moeders verjaardag op 27 januari. Extra betaald voor binnen 1 week te maken en snelle levering + 10 euro. Bij de track en trace zie ik dat het pakket al 24 dagen onderweg is. Meerdere e-mails gestuurd en contact opgenomen via facebook messenger . Kan zien dat het pakketje in Luxemburg sinds 19 januari is blijven hangen. Ik wordt geen stap wijzer hiervan en ondertussen bang dat het pakketje spoorloos is. Weggegooid geld dus

Zo jammer dit! Het verdient geen enkele ster!!! Via Vakantie Veilingen een coupon gekocht (€100 korting)

Maar voor álles moet er flink bijbetaald worden! En dan óók nog eens €11.00 verzendkosten er overheen! Komt het lampje alsnog op zo'n €70. En dan heb je nog geen houder, en het meest simpele licht!

Echt, had ik mij er eerder meer in verdiept, ik had mij er lang zo op verheugd en had graag een maanlamp met de foto van mijn overleden zoontje willen hebben... de teleurstelling is groot, maar ik neem mijn verlies. Gewoon niet leuk meer.

Eerste keer dat ze zeiden dat mijn pakketje was geleverd niets gekregen. Als ik nog eens verzendingskosten betaalde, gingen ze een nieuw paar opsturen. Deze heb ik ook niet gehad en volgens de trackingscode zou het moeten geleverd zijn. Twee maal niets gehad is wel erg veel toeval. NIET TEVREDEN.

This is a horrible company they will not issue refunds and the globes are cheap plastic. For the money they charge it is not worth it!!! Terrible customer service and products

Heel jammer, 4 weken op pakket gewacht (gersonaliseerde sokken). Een mail verzonden en zeer snel antwoord gekregen en ik toonde hier alle begrip voor (feestdagen).
Uiteindelijk kreeg ik het pakket gisteren in de bus. Het was gewoonweg lachwekkend. Dit heet ik geen sokken.. gewoon een rekstof, aan elkaar genaaid zonder dat er een voorziene ruimte was voor de hiel. Als je de sok aandoet zie je niet meer van de tekening want komen Gwn witte elastieken te voor schijn. Erg jammer.. 63€ voor een paar sokken dat je niet kan gebruiken. Erg veel geld al voor sokken, maar vond dit een fijn cadeau.. nu kunnen ze de lade in zonder er nog eens uit te halen.

Zeer slecht product. Veel te duur voor de kwaliteit. Er kwamen nog extreem hoge tax kosten bij, maar waarvoor?
ivm kortingescode meerdere bestellingen geplaatst, waardoor ik 3x verzendkosten heb betaald en het kwam allemaal in 1 pakket.. dus waarom heb ik zoveel betaald?

ordered product in mid-October - still have not received it! Impossible to get in contact with a live representative to find out where my order is. Emailed them, only option for contact and no response 2 weeks later. Very, very disappointed as this is a Christmas gift and I have put out more than $50 for something I do not have!!!!

Postage noted on Groupon is different from what Justyling charges.
Both company should update each other for buyers to know before final purchase

This company overprices their products. $90 for a pair of personalised socks??? Really?
I was going to buy some through Groupon where it said that the postage was added and estimated $7. When I got to order through Justyling not only was the postage $14, but they added $5 tax and if I wanted my order on time for Xmas (even though it said in Groupon order by 30 nov) I would have to pay an extra $14. So I have given $10 to Groupon for nothing because, on principle, I'm not going to go through and pay another $28 on top of it to the company. A complete rip off with hidden costs. Buyer beware!

Eind mei had ik een nacht lampje besteld voor mijn zusje haar slagen en verjaardag. 24 juni was hij eindelijk binnen gekomen. Helaas toen we de lamp in elkaar wilde zette paste hij niet wat het lange wachten heel zuur maakte. Meteen een mail naar hun gedaan nadat we dit uitvonden. Ik wil dit bedrijf graag een hogere beoordeling geven, maar dat kan ik pas echt doen als ze mij gaan helpen om dit op te lossen.

Update:
Het bedrijf heeft snel geantwoord op mijn mail en instructies gegeven om te kijken hoe dit verliep. Gelukkig na deze instructies kreeg ik het nacht lampje in elkaar gezet. Super vriendelijk personeel! Zeker 5 sterren waard!

I got my first order with a missing article and so i was very disappointed.

So i had to contact the Support and they do a fantastic Job and now i‘m waiting for the arriving of my replacement delivery.
