We ordered two different very expensive items and neither were as described. Quality is very poor. Refund was denied. Highly recommend to go elsewhere for personalized items.

I ordered through a Groupon in order to custom LED lights.
Turn on time was quick although the size was a little small for the cost even with a Groupon.

When I got the package, I had initially opened it and thought there was only one of the custom signs so I waited two weeks and then contacted the seller to ask about the other

They responded extremely quickly and it turns out the second LED light was saran wrapped to the first one, but I didn’t notice it! It was grateful they were nice and helpful and did not imply that I was lying or trying to get money back for any reason whatsoever.

Misleading advertising for beach bags. It is supposed to be a custom bag with flowers and name but it is an extra $10 mandatory fee, plus $12 shipping fees and I was charged $ 14 for taxes. That makes it an expensive item for a small plastic bag. Won’t order for this company again

They are really bad. I ordered a bobble head and they couldn’t even match the head to the photo, the hair was not even the same colour. Really poor service, they don’t offer a refund or correct the head to match the photo. I would highly advise not to use them, it’s a waste of money.

I purchased a bag. The cost was 99.99, they charged me over $10 for taxes. The bag was recieved with flaws. I contacted them about the flaws and the high tax. She said to wipe the bag down and she will give me back half the taxes. This is a shady compa y.

Great customer service. Very helpful and quick to respond with assistance and guidance.

I placed an order December 4th but had a prolem getting it. Aimme helped me. She was super duper. Was in constant contact with me and following up on
ETA's. Justyling should be lucky to have such a great person as rep to help clients with prolems. Thank you

I ordered 27 shirts from justyling after another company ghosted me. I sent them the style shirt I was looking for a party with very limited time frame. I spoke via email with Brad from the company and he took all the information and I had my product in a matter of about two weeks. The shirts were actually better looking than the first company I started out with. I was highly impressed

Socks came out dark. Could not see the picture so be mindful of what you submit. The company did correct the issue and sent me new socks. They were responsive and got the socks to me in time for the holidays.

Bin über Groupon rein gefallen. Foto-Riesenrad. 5€ Temu Ware. Mit dem Gutschein, sowie am Ende Steuern und Versand hat es 40€ gekostet. Ja, danke für nichts. Groupon sollte hier unbedingt prüfen.

Zelfde verhaal als velen. Ik ben via vakantieveilingen voor een heel misleidende advertentie gevallen onder de tijdsdruk van een veiling. Voor elke stap in het bestellen mocht ik bij betalen, waardoor mijn aankoopbedrag erg hoog werd. Uiteindelijk heb ik dus een strandtas voor mijn dochtertje van 40 cm voor €40,—!! En daar is dus de korting al vanaf!!
Er zitten gaatjes in om de sier pins in te drukken, maar de gaatjes zijn even groot dus ze blijven niet zitten. Ik heb er maar broodklemmetjes aan gedaan, maar het hoort natuurlijk niet zo. Jammer, want het product is leuk.

Super service en vriendelijke mensen behulpzaam en correcte attitude naar de klant. Dikke 5 sterren waard

This company has awesome products and fantastic customer service! These collars are beautiful and well made. I have ordered 2 already and will be ordering more. And no tags to lose! When I made an error and had to contact customer service, they were quick and efficient in their reply. Just a completely 5 star shopping experience and I will be shopping with them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else!

I ordered 2 neon signs from Justying and they came out perfectly! Their communication was always informative and very prompt. The item I received was beautifully crafted. The laser photo was clear and the image was sharp. The crystal was perfect in size and shape. I chose to let them change the crystal shape if they deemed it necessary. My photo had 3 people it and they chose the perfect shape that us on their beautifully. I was very pleased with the laser photo. There was a hiccup with the lettering on the base and once notified about it this company had no issues with sending me a corrected base. They responded immediately to all inquiries and apologized sincerely for the mistake. I was very pleased with the product and I would definitely recommend purchasing high quality gifts and keepsakes from this company with the certainty that you will get a great gift for a fair price and excellent efficient customer service. Thank you guys again. My father loves his father's day gift.

Great customer service very prompt with my order!. Came in a cute box with a cleaning pad. Necklace was customizable but a little small for my taste.
