Table smashed
This was a very heavy item (granite table) requiring skill and athleticism, but not enough thought or care was put into the delivery. Two men really struggled. Consequently the top was smashed in several spaces.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your granite table was damaged during delivery.
We appreciate that a large and extremely heavy item such as a granite table requires particular care, preparation and attention when being handled and delivered. It’s disappointing to hear that the delivery proved difficult and, most importantly, that the table top was damaged in several places as a result. We did send out 2 men for this particular order however, proving incorrectly the item was heavy and caused difficulty.
We completely understand how upsetting this must have been, especially when receiving a new item for your home. This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Absolutely perfect service
Absolutely perfect service. They were delivering 3+2 seater sofas Toni’s in Scotland from their base in Birmingham. They kept in touch and gave us their delivery date. Nearer that date they contacted with a three hour time slot and they arrived in plenty of time. The sofas were then carefully delivered to our ground floor sitting room as requested and everything was perfect. Great service and highly recommended.

The company called to ask if the delivery time and day was acceptable.
On confirmation, they then gave a rough window when they would arrive. As promised the driver called me to say he was 30 minutes away.
I had hurt my elbow, and the guys insisted they take the package up my steep steps to the front door.
It was much appreciated, and they were so polite and friendly I can't praise them enough. Great job.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, had our furniture nos for upto 11 weeks and not delivered or returned it to us.
More than £12000 of furniture sitting in there warehouse that’s been lost.
Had so many issues with breakages also in the past but they are not insured so will not pay us for these.
Don’t care for anyone and when calling are so rude.
We will now be fighting this in the courts.
We are now using a profesional company who deliver and call customers and don’t loose all the stock and smash the goods in transit.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. 2 failed attempts and after having to contact them (with promise of call back they never happened after the first failed delivery as they had loaded the wrong item on the van), eventually got delivered with a one man delivery and my husband had to help the driver bring the item upstairs despite having an injured back. Don’t call yourselves 2 man delivery if you’re not.

We completely understand your frustration after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, particularly when the first was due to the wrong item being loaded onto the vehicle and the promised follow-up call did not take place.
We’re also sorry that the final delivery was carried out by one person and that your husband felt he had to assist the driver in bringing the item upstairs, especially given his injured back. We appreciate that this was not the service you were expecting from a two-person delivery. Due to this being a fault on our part, we used a emergency delivery where we only had one driver to do this delivery as we wanted to get this item to you as soon as we can. We apologise that there was only one person.
This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We’ll make sure your feedback is passed to the relevant team so that the circumstances surrounding your delivery can be reviewed.

Great experience altogether. Ordered a sofa, came 1 week after ordering, easy to assemble and really comfy so far! Gaivi and Praful did a great job delivering, when it wouldn't fit through the front door, they went above and beyond to ensure the sofa was placed in our living room. Thank you again ☺️

They don’t pick up the phone and if the delivery is failed for that reason you have to pay £35 to book another delivery. Unbelievable.
They also don’t respect the delivery time request. They try to get another fail delivery so you have to pay again. Stay away from them.
