JBS 2 MAN DELIVERY LTD Arvostelua

One of the drivers had quite a lip on him to the point where i had to tell him to shut up. First of all, he was late with the delivey - fyi the terms and conditions stated if i were not home when the delvirey was due i wiuld have neem charged 50£ - then when i went upstairs to get my phone to reccord the experience he ran away and got in the car and left the other friver carry the hravy mirror by himself - fair point to the 2nd guy as he was quite apologetic and ptofessional - the driver was the entiteld one. Licence plate was ending in ynx and it was a renault truck.

Communication was the thing that let them down

1) I should have received a phone call when they were 25 minutes away, this didn't happen - would have been very useful as delivery was made whilst still quite dark at 7.30am.

2) The delivery men spoke to each other in their own language throughout. The younger of the 2 gents, seemed to have no english so didn't reply when spoken to. The older gent I guess had some English but still limited.

Delivery was on time, efficient and professional. They brought the heavy packages round to the back of the house & into the kitchen without a problem.

I had a very positive experience of JBS 2 Man Delivery Ltd. The office staff were courteous and helpful when I confirmed my booking date. The two delivery/ bed construction staff members communicated well before arrival and did a very effective job of putting my bed together. They took away all the wrapping and left my bedroom very tidy. Throughout they were respectful and helpful. Many thanks.

Really pleased with the service! I received a phone call to let me know the delivery was on its way, and the communication was great throughout. The panels arrived safely and were handled with care. Absolutely delighted and would definitely recommend!

Excellent service and communication. Two lovely men delivered my furniture with care and politeness. Very efficient. Would recommend.

Delivery was nearly two hours late with no phone calls to explain why, it turned up at 7.45pm.
I had a number on the email which wasn't answering which was frustrating.
When it did turn up the guys were pleasant and helpful.

Terrible Service from JBS 2 Man Delivery

Absolutely appalling service. Despite several attempts to contact JBS 2 Man Delivery before delivery to correct my address, nothing was done, and to make matters worse, they marked someone else's order as mine. And leaked another customers personal information to me, sending me the customers order details and invoice. I did everything I could to prevent this, yet they failed to resolve the issue. Poor communication, unprofessional service, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend them.

Absolute Joke of a delivery company! Scheduled delivery with a time slot on Thursday 1st of October - all confirmed, took time off work and delivery didn't happen. No reason other than they left item at the warehouse by mistake. Surely then this is a priority to get right asap. No after numerous emails and phone calls, no rescheduled delivery. Over a week later delivery scheduled and confirmed for Friday 9/10/26 between 2pm and 5pm. After double checking this morning and again taking time off work this delivery I've been advised is not taking place again without a reason! Absolutely awful company, terrible customer service. How hard as a logistics company can it be to plan and schedule a delivery and actually carry it out.
Big companies who use these as a delivery partner need to be aware - they will cause you endless headaches and will simply fail time and time again to provide the service paid for.
Pay more and use a reputable delivery company because these guys are an absolute joke. Awful Awful Awful.
One of the worst customer experiences I've ever encountered.

Well we got there in the end.
I was given a 12.00/15.00 delivery slot but this came and went(a little annoying as I gave up half a days work so I could be home to receive the delivery) with no call or contact.
Anyway around 5 o'clock I eventually did get a call to say that the delivery would be with us in 10 minutes....hurrah!! I thought.And yes 10 minutes or so the phone went again to be told we are outside where are you,so I went out to take alook and alas nothing.
Unfortunately the delivery guys had somehow found their way to a boy scout camp site in another town which would be around 8 miles away.....Drat! Still no delivery.
But then Yes!!25 minutes later they are here i think we will just put it down to they were having a bad day.
P.s Nice guys and they were very apologetic.

Purchased extendable table today really nice exactly as described and excellent value for money delivery guys extremely polite too

What an awful experience. The rude delivery guy refused to help me to move the massive and heavy box upstairs “we don’t do that”. Reading some of the other reviews, the company does do that - but this guy just felt like being unhelpful. I called up the customer support number and they were pretty unhelpful. Apparently if I had told them I needed help bringing it up one flight of stairs they would have done so. They never asked for any delivery preference in advance. This whole delivery has been a mess so I’m just going to get it refunded and removed today. Unhelpful.

Great communication on the day, called before arrival. Really courteous and helpful delivery people who went the extra mile and delivered the boxes to chosen location in garden. Everything arrived in good condition. Would highly recommend.

Lovely chap came to the door. Very quick and efficient. Helped by carrying a very large box into the hallway, which was a huge help.
