Quite simply the best Logistics company I’ve ever dealt with. Brilliant communication throughout, from receiving my goods from supplier, to calling me to confirm delivery and then having the driver call me 30mins from arrival.

MATTRESS DELIVERY
I ordered my mattress on the 17th May 2026 and on the 19th May received a call from BYEWAY LOGISTICS to inform me that my mattress is scheduled for delivery the following day , the lady was completely understanding when I told her my circumstance and ensured that my delivery time would be suitable for me when I got back from work , when the delivery vehicle arrived the two delivery men were very respectful and kindly and helped me with the mattress where I needed it , AMAZING service as normally the previous service from another supplier woul dump it by the front door , so thank you for the GREAT CUSTOMER CENTRIC SERVICE provided by yourselves BYEWAY .... it is rare but so wonderful ..... keep up the good work ....

Very efficient service

Fantastic pergola
The two guys that put my pergola up were amazing, the weather was awful and they didn’t complain at all, they were fully informative and polite, fantastic service. The pergola looks amazing , very well built and modern, looks amazing in my garden, just cannot wait for the warm weather !
