Ordered a men’s gilet and you’ve sent a child’s one and now surprise surprise no number to contact anyone just an email which apparently is very busy due to time of year!! Can’t take back to store because it’s an online purchase!!

Cold and rude … best way I can describe the jack wills store at junction 32. The staff look down their noses thinking they are better than anyone in the store. Also everytime I go in that shop someone follows me round!! Did complain about it happening everytime and they just shrugged it off if you can’t let customers wander round the shop maybe get some security? It does fire up the emotions physically and mentally. In all the shops at junction 32 I’ve never had it happen all of the staff have been so lovely and helpful and no one’s followed me as soon as I step in the shop. Think your staff need some advice on what they should be doing! Will be a long time time before I go back there!!

Well one has to rely on having the gift delivered direct to my family, It was received on time without any problems.

When something is ordered online ensure the item ordered is labelled with a price tag that matches the price paid by the client. I ordered a ladies sweatshirt £54.99 and when the item arrived it had £40 label on it. The company (Frasers) requested photographic evidence which was impossible as I’d already posted it as a present for someone.

I purchased two items at full price. When they arrived I noticed the price tags had been reduced to sale. I contacted customer service and they said as a 'goodwill gesture' they would send me e vouchers for the difference in price as they don't offer refunds. This is breaking UK consumer laws as I was misled. I will pursue this matter till I receive a full refund back into my account!

Love the items bought for Christmas

I ordered a jacket for my daughter birthday, it arrived in good time. Unfortunately it was too small, but I was pleasantly surprised the item was still in a stock in a bigger size, so I ordered this and then found the return a very easy process. Evri is collecting it today!

The quality of the cotton fabrics is excellent and the colours don’t fade despite numerous washes. They regularly update their styles and the range is extensive.

US buyers beware! Use the US version of this website as their shipper Evri charged me $25 in tariffs (thanks Trump) on a $50 order.

Went into the store and picked up a few things , I didn’t have a lot of time to try on so I just tried them on later at home only for them not to fit. As you would I took them back into store for refund as any other store does just for them to refuse refund so now I’ve had to spend it online on stuff I don’t even want!! Give me my money back

The Bayton grey marl joggers I received have been labelled up with a sale price sticker of £30, yet I have paid the full price of £44.
Also the grey adult gloves I ordered have a promotion sticker on advertising 2 for £15, but that option was not available on the website.
So I feel like I have been ripped off. You should not be sending out promotional stickered stock, as these are false claims.
Then when I trees to contact you via email, there was no option available for the query I had.
So a very disappointing experience all in all.
