Jack Wills Arvostelua 

Received a tracksuit and the trousers had the correct tag but incorrect label/size contacted customer services to be told they are out of stock. I was then told I would have to pay to return the other half (sweatshirt) as it was correctly sent - in my mind it’s a set so surely they would cover the return of both. Found the customer service chat very abrupt and actually quite insulting considering the issue lay with them. Won’t be purchasing from this site again.

Very easy website to order from. Regular updates with how the order was progressing and very quick delivery (lovely jumper too!). Would recommend.

Order was not delivered by Evri and they decided to send back to to your company. Now I have been told I have to wait for 14 days for a refund not happy at all. The person I was chatting to said they would cancel the order and refund once the item's had been returned. Not happy with your customer service or that useless company evri

Parcel was stolen by Evri courier after photographing parcel on doorstep . Jack Wills did nothing, so one Christmas present short on Christmas Day . Not impressed

Really quick service, great price for great product, that fitted and was as described. Love Jack Wills and miss the shop we had near us. The only let down was Evri who left our parcel outside the main door of our block of flats late at night, we are lucky it didnt get stolen or ruined.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Jack Wills. I ordered two T-shirts of the exact same model in two different colours, both in size XL. One of them fits perfectly, but the other one is much smaller — honestly closer to an M, not even an L.

This is clearly a quality control issue. If I order the same model in the same size, I expect them to fit the same. The inconsistency is unacceptable.

What makes this even worse is the return policy. I was told I have to pay £4.99 for return shipping, even though this is not my fault. I shouldn’t have to pay extra just because someone at Jack Wills can’t make two shirts in the same size properly.

I own many Jack Wills T-shirts and have always been satisfied, but this experience is a complete embarrassment. Poor quality control and unfair return costs have completely ruined my trust in the brand.

Thank you — I won’t be shopping here again, and I’m certainly not wasting £4.99 because of someone else’s mistake.

so the first parcel was sent out minus two items, then after discussion it looks like another parcel sent missing one item. i have to return to them to ask where are my booties

Quick to dispatch - only takes a day (order Monday night, dispatched Tuesday and delivered today (Wednesday) standard delivery too). So worth shopping on the website for both service and price - of course the quality is great too. Only sweatshirts I buy!

Website is a bit all over the place, and you use E vri as a delivery company, that aside, I like your hoodies and their quality. Price was fantastic on this occasion, it is always value for money anyway.

Terrible customer service. Order never received. Can only talk to them via chat bot. Rubbish service.
