Ordering the items is easy and delivery is always prompt

I need to return an item as it is the wrong size, but I was never sent a confirmation email, so have no order number. I just have a returns label (I think that's what it is but it does not say) and no numbers on it work as an order number. There is no contact number, so I seem to be completely unable to return or get a refund on my order. Terrible service.

The customer service was okay, but they didn't really solve my problem.

I ordered a dress at the price of 74.99 item came but on the label it had a sale on gone to 55.00 unable to get hold of anyone only a chat box which got me no where will not pay me back the difference a shame as bought a lot in the pst from them .

Hello, I received my order and I’m very disappointed. Unfortunately, the anti-theft security tag was left attached to the hoodie. Could you please advise how this can be resolved as soon as possible? I would appreciate either a replacement, a prepaid return/exchange, or clear instructions on where I can have the tag safely removed. I can provide photos and my order number if needed.

Sliders are ok quality but disappointing to have a label attached with a cost showing 2 pairs for £25 and I’ve just paid £20.95 for one pair🥴

We have been loyal customers to Jack Wills for a number of years and have never had an issue with sizing issues or quality of items. However, since they have been taken over they source their products from a variety of manufacturers from around the world. They advertise a product online but what you actually receive will be a resemblance of that item. Logos are different, sizing is different, fit is different etc. When you then query this with JW you will have no hope of a resolution as they just say that they have the correct product number on them. The fact is they stick the same product number on all the same items they have sourced from different manufacturers which vary in a number of ways. Good luck.

I have purchased from Jack Wills before and it is fantastic quality.
However, when I purchased a fleece for my wife for Christmas, the courier never delivered.
Jack Wills has refused to offer a refund or a replacement, blaming it on the delivery company.
I am extremely disappointed and will not purchase from them again

Shorts were tight on my thighs, plus the Brick Pink pair had a slight stain on the left leg above the Jack Wills Logo.

Between looking and buying the price for my shoes increased by £5. This may just have been bad luck. Then I was charged an extra £5 for the worlds slowest delivery (currently predicting at least 8 days between order acceptance and delivery) Is this really the actions of a thriving customer focused business in 2026?
