VERY NICE ITEM BUTSPOILED BY RUBBISH COURIER SERVICE(EVRI)
ITEM WAS THROWN INSIDE STAIRWELL DOOR 3 FLOORS DOWN.DIDNT RING BELL OR KNOCK ON MY DOOR ,JUST DUMPED ITEM .FOUND BY A NEIGHBOUR WHO KINDLY BROUGHT IT UP TO OUR DOOR!
SHALL NOT BE USING THIS COURIER AGAIN! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!

Parcel says delivered but it hasn’t been. There is no delivery proof and the delivery company are not helpful.

No problem with the order process and the slippers are beautiful and a good fit but they're quite 'hard' - could do with more padding underfoot

The garments are good quality the website was excellent and the delivery was first class

Still waiting for a refund email after receiving the wrong size shirt. But after waiting to talk to someone i had to use a chat bot. It turns out the size shirt i ordered was not available all along and a smaller size was sent anyway

Easy to order and navigate website.
Delivery was 3 days before it was predicted to arrive, and that was standard delivery.

The item came with a sale price of £20 on them whereas I’d paid £39.99

I ordered an item online, priced at £34.99. When it arrived, it clearly had a Sale sticker on the price tag, with a new price of £25.99. When I searched the rather faceless Help Centre I found a line about how the price in stores and online is often different and this nice sentence: "Please be aware that we cannot retrospectively change or negotiate the pricing of items within your order. "
Safe to say, I will not be ordering from Jack Wills again in a hurry.

Site very easy to use and ordering very clear

1/3 items actually sent, with no acknowledgement as to why the other two were missing - parcel was thrown over property gate and left on road in the way of carpark traffic when it did arrive. Wholly unsatisfactory!!

Customer service have been nothing but unhelpful, no attempts at rectifying the situation and no acknowledgement about the delievery service. They are clearly comfortable with taking customer's money without providing the products purchased (also in breach of the sale contract) and I am shocked! My Customer service rep has now gone silent too. This brand has no integrity - awful conduct and attitude.

I went into store and noticed a sale on the jogging pants but they didn’t have my size so went on-line and ordered a pair. Fast delivery, great price, and pure cotton and high quality material perfect for lazy days when you need some comfort but look stylish.

Disappointed- I ordered the same size as a pair of Jack Wills joggers I currently own. I paid £4.99 delivery fee.
They are far too big - too long and too baggy. I went online to return them, only to find that was going to cost another £4.99. I will not be shopping with Jack Wills again.

I am very disappointed with JW. I place an order for over £100. Unfortunately, Evri lost my delivery. Not JW’s fault. I rang JW. The customer service person was not friendly and whist 3 of the items I ordered were still available on their website, she refused to replace my order stating that none of my items were in stock (this was not the case!). No compensation and not even a small token of a £5 or £10 voucher!
I reordered the 3 items still available as I had promised these to friends but I am not going to order again from JW any time soon. I was expecting more from JW.
