I placed an order near enough 2 weeks ago, which was never delivered! Contacted the team and was promised a refund/replacement. After requesting a replacement i never received a reply since.

Opened another case in the hope of a reply and have never got a response to that either!
Terrible customer service
Would appreciate a response and the goods to be made good.

I assembled the Jack Wills Lancaster 4 Drawer Wardrobe Combi Unit for my Daughter at the weekend and it was a nightmare! I have assembled many flat pack furniture units and this one was by far the worst I’ve ever done! The instructions were awful and when I got to a certain point in the assembly and tried to stand it up it snapped! Had to lie it back down and try to assemble it as much as I could on the floor to make it more sturdy to be lifted which was hard as many of the screws were underneath! The instructions need reviewing and altered to make sure this doesn’t happen again,definitely would not buy furniture from Jack Wills again,stick to making clothes 🤷‍♂️🤬

Ordered a woman's t-shirt and shorts for a birthday present. When the package arrived, in has a label on it stating 2 for £22. Nowhere on the Jack Wills site does it mention this deal but yep if I put 2 t-shirts in my basket it says £22. So I paid £17.99 for 1 when for just £4 more I could have got 2. Very annoyed. Won't use Jack Wills again!

Absolutely shocking!!!
Ordered ski suit, never received order confirmation but good arrived. Didn’t fit and needed to return but although having packing slip with 3 different numbers on apparently none were my order number so return portal didn’t recognise order.
Contacted very long winded online bot, got to customer service twice only to be cut off. Sent email no reply. Managed to get through again to customer services (via bot 30 mins in total) only for them to it needs to be escalated and someone will be in contact within 48hrs to the email address I have never received anything from them (I’ve checked junk)
I requested confirmation of order number so I could have on file but they would not give to me.
Order online from a number of companies and this is shocking. Avoid at all costs!

As a new Customer of Jack wills I would say the quality of the clothing is good. Their website is easy to manuver which is excellent. I do however can't understand their almost hidden policy of no refunds at all. Once you buy you are tide in with them. You either exchange or get a credit note. You cannot change your mind and buy elsewhere with the money you pay into their business.
This being said they don't make it obvious at your point of purchase so you can make an informed choice. If you miss the very little sigh by the till or don't search this up online before hand it's all on you. You are to blame for not knowing or doing this research about thier business before hand.
The person at the till does not have to tell you. It feels like a spider waiting for its prey and once it gets you their is no escape.
I think they can do a lot more to rectify this. The least they can do is ensure customers know.

Maybe put it in flashing neon lights ( maybe a bit to far). But the least they can do is ensure the customer are fully aware of this clause at the point of purchase. Train staff to point it out to customers so there is no missing it.

I hope they take this into consideration. Every one has a right to change their minds

Gave me tracking number that dosen't exist unprofessional

I have paid for next day delivery, which should have meant it was delivered on January 27th and I am still waiting for it.

Customer service does not appear to exist. there is no way to contact the, They cancelled my order, promised a partial refund but I paid £11.99 for next day delivery that they have not refunded. Honestly feels like a scam AVOID, i will be speaking to my bank

I ordered and was sent the wrong size, ordered 2XL sent me age 12 to 13 was then expected to pay for returns, went on web chat, it was very busy ! Finally got through admittedly they organised a collection free of charge but then to get the correct size sent have to wait around 14 days! It was for a birthday but missed the date so had to sort something else out, shame never had bad service from jack wills before

Hello, I wanted to return the item I bought. First- The mismeasurements are completely off compared to the existing trouser I had from Jack Wills, also it had stain. Your customer Service Advisor - Muhaimin has been handling my return. It has been days now, he has been giving false instructions and has been giving the run around with misleading and false instructions. After verifying the return from the images I sent, he said its all correct and the postage is all paid(I have email evidence) But the post office did not accept the return. He is basically giving me the run around and purposely giving me false information. This has now been going on since the 10 of January. I want to raise this case to the management. I have every email that he has been replying to me saying that they sent me a postage paid but its not. Then he said if you dont want to we can just you a aud100 gift voucher, then he changes the story again. Again, he said we need you to ay for the postage and we will reimburse. Then again he changed the instructions, we need you to return the item to give the gift voucher with the postage paid. I feel this person has been not honest with me and has been giving me misleading instructions and dragging this on. His first email clearly stated the return label is free postage paid. Since then, he keeps changing his story. I find this very very unprofessional and would like to file an official
complain. Please kindly run and official investigation on this.

Unable to find any contact details for customer service. Massively frustrated that an item was too small and on returning the item I have been issued a gift card, which according to their policy is incorrect as although I paid part gift card part cash, the value of the other item and postage more than covers the gift card and therefore any further refund should be to my credit card. But I can’t find anywhere how to contact Jack Wills as the contact us section just gives you FAQs. So I will not be shopping here ever again as it is terrible service. Also I had no idea I’d have to pay £5 for returns adding insult to injury. So I would avoid!

I have several Jack Wills products and I couldn’t resist these 2 hoodies at the price. Both are of the expected quality, though the one with the logo is of a slightly lighter material that’s the other. I guess it’s a summer version. I was slightly disappointed to see it had a tag with a lower price than I paid, but it was only £1 so I can live with it.

Lovely clothes however the website would not allow me to click “add to cart”

Delivery was promised and cancelled more than once, meaning i had to order again paying for next day delivery.
Jack Wills have refused to refund my additional delivery charges

Awful customer service! Told to wait 3 further days after waiting 4 days to receive a next day delivery! The day before I was told
to wait 24 hours which I did and then told to wait an additional 72hours. The advisors cut you off the conversation when it doesn’t go their way. The refuse to allow you to speak to manager. Don’t use them!
