Jack Wills Arvostelua

I have purchased from Jack Wills before and it is fantastic quality.
However, when I purchased a fleece for my wife for Christmas, the courier never delivered.
Jack Wills has refused to offer a refund or a replacement, blaming it on the delivery company.
I am extremely disappointed and will not purchase from them again

Shorts were tight on my thighs, plus the Brick Pink pair had a slight stain on the left leg above the Jack Wills Logo.

Between looking and buying the price for my shoes increased by £5. This may just have been bad luck. Then I was charged an extra £5 for the worlds slowest delivery (currently predicting at least 8 days between order acceptance and delivery) Is this really the actions of a thriving customer focused business in 2026?

Good products.
Easy to navigate website.
Great follow-up with shipping

Great sales and love the style. Easy to order and quick delivery!

Easy to order on the site, fast delivery service and wonderfully sturdy and fluffy slippers were waiting for my son when he came out of hospital today.

Sent to the wrong address even though I had to put my address in several times they still got it wrong?

Great, I love Jack Wills!

Great fast delivery

Complete Shower of s**t
No sign of furniture 4 weeks after ordering 2 weeks late on original delivery date.
No real apology or reason as to why.
Was told could cancel and re-order but they cannot cancel a shipment and replace it even though they know it has not been dispatched.
Would stay well away

Great quality 👌 great value for money and always perfect fit .this is my 3rd purchase and they will be many more

The shoe sizes are much longer than for any other brand

Great price great to wear can't fault the sliders so comfortable

Placed order and received notification of when to expect it

Very prompt delivery and pleased, as always, with the quality

Very fast and high quality product love them

Utterly terrible.

2 weeks later and nothing has shipped, no way of contacting the company, everything directed to Faq.

I wouldn't bother ordering from this company

Colours of Barchester 1/4zip jumpers are darker than screen shows. Also sizing came up smaller than an earlier one bought. Had to be returned and I had to re-order sizing up. Disappointing as now have to pay for return and again for re-ordered items.
Would prefer to discuss and re-order over the phone, but I couldn’t find a contact telephone number.

Excellent product used Jack Wills for years, these items were in sale so a bonus
