I paid $20 for a promotion on Supremacy 1914. It was over a month ago. I still haven’t received my goldmark. I put in a ticket. The ticket number was 10530289.

I have contacted them a few times for a couple of offers that did not go through. With WW2 game, I show screenshots of clear proof that I got rewarded for level 18 but level 14 reward got skipped and I didn't recieve anything for that completion and they respond with advertiser didn't acknowledge my completion if 14 so I need to follow correct steps putting the blame on me and not the advertisers. I wouldn't have gotten credit for the other levels if directions werent followed and I use the same wifi in the same place when playing. This gives me the energy that they won't have players backs and they won't fight for what we worked for because yes, getting to these higher levels takes a lot of time, energy, and sometimes money. Ticket number 10530007. Stop blaming us and put pressure on these advertisers that credit when they feel like it. Edited to add that I have been compensated for all completed tasks. Thank you

Easy a 5 star, they were very helpfull and patient and amazingly polite, important thing to note is that they answer you fast too.

Fast response

For the most part I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Only time I've had issues is when I was given my mom's phone and her and I use the same apps and games and I guess it looked like I had done some of them already when it was her. So I understand the confusion. Other than that great customer service.

Hello, the app shows that I did the task and that I already have the coins but the coins don't fall there so it's difficult

well even tho it wasnt the answer i wanted it was still pretty straight forward and easy to understad

I submitted to them bc I hadn't received my reward for reaching a level and rather than give me an excuse or require I submit a lot of additional info, they granted my reward..

it's hit or miss with some of these so it was nice to receive the notification, I will definitely use their service again.

Best customer service there is hands down.

First and only OfferWall service to actually help resolve an issue instead of just denying it resulting in a total lose. Thanks guys
