Well my issue said I was to be granted my reward; but I have yet to receive it. Going on 3 days so far since stating the conclusion of their investigation on the matter ruled in my favor.

I received an email rejecting my claim, due to me not verifying my email. I never received an email to verify, just one saying my ticket would be resolved in three days.
