I opened tickets, because I didn't get my coins for achieved levels. First time costumer service denied my claims, because the advertiser didn't respond. I sent email with screenshot proof and complaints. After that costumer service fixed the problem, but few hours later coincidentally my playspot app stopped working and it seems I lost more than 78000 coins. I cannot refresh, it keeps saying 'something went wrong, try again later'. I'm very disappointed and frustrated, because I spent many hours and watched thousands of ads for nothing. It was fun when I started gaming with this app, but nowadays it's only struggle...

Complete scam. You can provide them screenshots and other proof and they just earn money off our time and do not fulfill their offers.

My initial support ticket was rejected, but after contacting the company they did follow up and reverse their decision. If you have received a ticket response that you disagree with I do encourage you to reply to the email and request that they reconsider.
