Very poor service saying item in stock waited 3 months still didn’t receive anything was impossible to contact the company so got my money refunded through my bank it’s no wonder all these dealers are closing down with this kind of service

I can assure you we are not frauds, we are an authorised Harley-Davidson dealership. In your confirmation email which you received on 6/9/25 lists a custom tracker which updates daily for you with updates from the manufacturer on lead times. As the item you ordered was listed as "order" this means it has to be brought in from the manufacturer - unfortunately your item was on backorder which was notified to you on the 12/9/25. This is now clear and your order is due soon.

be careful when you buy
I bought Harley parts from ironcitymotorcycles.EU thinking one of their warehouse was located in EU. The prices also are in euro. It's all misleading, in fact ..SURPRISE! when I received the materials i had to pay custom clearances and taxes. Unbelievable.
Other thing, material arrived 3 weeks after the order LAST THING: even though (since I hadn't seen the order arrive and had to leave) I had asked not to ship it until I returned home, they shipped it anyway and I had to send other people to collect it from the post office.

Poor Customer Service.
Customer service isn’t difficult….and really these days there is just no excuse for doing it really very badly. My order was refunded after a week or so without what would be a 30 second explanatory email. Very poor, I’m afraid.

Really unimpressed by the whole…
Really unimpressed by the whole experience of buying a part for my Royal Enfield.
Website stated it was in stock at South Shields, emailed them 2 weeks after order was placed and given order tracking info. The tracker stated awaiting parts from central.
Another week goes by, still not received my parts, so I sent a second email, no response from Iron City, at the 4 weeks stage I sent a further email saying if they could not supply my part, then send a refund.
I received the refund, but no email to say sorry, we can’t get it etc.
Really should not advertise something as in stock if it is not, very poor communication from them.
I found another supplier that confirmed the part was in stock, dispatched and received next day.

Failed to get back to me on a price on…
Failed to get back to me on a price on a bike I wanted to px despite having to chase them up. They've since dropped the price and sold it!
If the salesman couldn't be bothered he should have said so to begin with.

Iron City Motorcycles Claim Stock When There is No Stock!
Iron City Motorcycles often offer Harley products a decent bit cheaper than most, cudos to them for that, pity they don't offer paypal as a payment option, somthing that is quite unusual.
If another dealer has the same item at the original price but offers paypal I will instead buy from them.
My last order is claimed as "In stock". On Google it's still listed as "In Stock" even though I emailed them to change that! "Back Order" is hardly "In Stock". Should be a law against false advertising!!!??
I know they order from the Harley EU warehouse like all dealers do, that products can take 10 -15 days to arrive. It took them a full 7 days to inform me that my order was on "Back Order"yet they are still claiming it's "In Stock" ha ha.
A quick email to apease my appetite for truth would not have gone amiss, instead they have a smarmy post on their website says we are not amazon.
As a side note Harley Davidson USA is also out of stock on this part, good luck making that September 6th deadline.

Wrong size item sent followed by silence from the company
Ordered some m10 size nuts for my sprocket studs. thry have a very specific thread. the nuts i recieved were very obviously the size. i brought thids up with themn with two seperate emails. since then nbo reply it has been over a week. would not recommend.

Poor service avoid
Ordered some screws, said item in stock on their website. 5 days later still no dispatch so I emailed as I needed them for a week later from order. After a delay the item was being stocked elsewhere hence the delay and wouldn't be sent out for another week. Said I could cancel which I did after getting it instead from a local dealership in person. Item still hasn't been dispatched so I asked to cancel, still got charged shipping for an item that wasn't even shipped to me (which was the problem to begin with!). Terrible service

First and last time I'd buy anything…
First and last time I'd buy anything from this company.....delivery time was worse than awful. As a comparison, i received motorcycle parts from California USA in less time than it did to receive my item from somewhere in England. And the delivery cost......don't get me started on that issue.

Iron City Harley is great! Great staff, great vibe
The staff at Iron City Motorcyles in Leeds are great. The shop is amazing and I can spend all day browsing the motorcycles and gear they sell. If you want parts they supply them - it's great to be able to check in, speak with knowledgeable staff and I find they always do their best to help you.
Staff are super friendly and I love the vibe. I've ordered parts for them repeatedly and they always deliver - everything's really well packed and
the only item I had a problem with was a particular seat that needed to come from the States and the shipping times for some parts (like that seat) are slow, so it meant waiting ages, so I just got a refund and a different seat.
The staff are brilliant. I think Iron City Motorcycles is my favourite HarIey dealership and although I go to other dealerships for things sometimes (usually to look at the bikes and buy sundries), but it's always great to be in Leeds - they can understand my accent and me them!

Rabbit out the hat
I was a little concerned as delivery was slow and like buying anything online you think the worst but after Sam in the the parts department got his teeth into it he pulled the rabbit out the hat and it was here quicker then my dog could eat a bone and a message for the management communication is the key if the part is not going to be delivered on time inform the customer

I ordered some parts online for a…
I ordered some parts online for a neighbour on 19th August. Ordering was fine, found the parts he needed and paid. Was told they should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. I didn't hear anything so I emailed them on 2nd September, still didn't hear anything so emailed again 3rd September. Having still not had a reply I decided to phone on them on 4th. Gave all the details and was told it would have been dealt with by the Gateshead depot. I was told he would contact this team and I would hear something. Well surprise, surprise I received an email telling me the parcel was being dispatched a few minutes after I had spoken to someone!! I think it had just been sitting somewhere and had been forgotten about. It arrived today 6/9/24. It wouldn't have been so bad if I had been kept informed but no contact at all
