Major service not done
Major service on my KTM RC8R last year at South Shields now closed. I am now replacing the stator and air filter and it is quite obvious that they have not checked the valves or replaced the air filter so what have they done for the best part of £900.

Terrible service
Terrible service , tried to buy two bolts as their website said in stock . Outrageous postage price £7.99 for postage , the bolts were only £2.50 . I waited a week but nothing . I called them only to find out they're waiting for them to come from the factory. I asked for a refund . Never buy from here again !! 😒

Shocking
Shocking. Ordered a Jacket on their website in June. I kept checking for updates on the Iron city app as I'd received no correspondence. I contacted the shop a few times and got the same story "it's on back order". This isn't good enough when it clearly say's "available" on the website. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH IRON CITY MOTORCYCLES AGAIN, EVER.

It is definitely a very reliable company. However, it would be perfect if they could shorten their delivery times a bit. I order from them regularly and am satisfied.

Ugly
Ugly.
If you order from France look out for the Chronopost and shipment charges.
And customs.
€36 euros total paid for an original order for €10.
Ridiculous.
Nothing mentioned on the site that looks completely French.
Si vous commander de la France attention de la facture Chronopost en plus.
Et charges douanières.
€36 total pour achat original de €10. Ridicule.
Et aucun mention de le site qui resemble a une site française.
