Joke company
Joke company. Placed an order on-line showing item in stock. Didn't get it. Tried to cancel it by phone where I was redirected to the website to cancel it. There is no option to cancel it. Rang again and a guy told me he couldn't do anything as the website is nothing to do with them! Eventually cancelled the order by email. After 3 weeks, no apolgy, no communication, nothing. I ordered the parts off another harley Dealer and got them next day. I told them I had been messed about by another dealer and he said 'let me guess, Iron City?'.
In response. The item was shown as in stock. I bought it because it was in stock. Your 2-15 working days is bs. It's 7-10 days. Check your own website.

Hello Peter,
Thank you for leaving a review, your feedback is essential for us to continue to improve our service.
We want to take the time to provide further clarity on your recent order. The item purchased was listed as "order", as stated on the website order items need to be brought in from the manufacturer, this can be anywhere between 2-15 working days (if not on backorder). Your order was still within this time frame we estimated in your confirmation email (ending 17/2/26). This information can be found on all product pages, and the estimated time frame for orders is labelled firstly on our shipping policy and the confirmation email.
In the confirmation email sent to you on the 27/02/26, a link to our custom tracker system is included. On here you are able to see daily updates about your order and raise tickets in relation to returns, cancellations and so on. This link is also visible in our contact us page on the website.
When you called the dealership and spoke to our instore parts department, they will have instructed you to raise your query to the email address below or go on the tracker and raise it via there. This avenue is the quickest way to receive a resolution to any issues regarding an order. We can see you received a reply from your query within 15 minutes explaining what we have set out here.

Update to correct inaccuracies stated in updated review [13/02/26]:
The following is the link to the item on the website which was ordered, which you can see is listed as "order". Also we do not state anywhere that it takes 7-10 days, if this is listed on a different site or you have the evidence for this please let us know so we can investigate further.
See here: https://shop.ironcitymotorcycles.co.uk/products/harley-davidson-3109-screw-7-16-14-x-2-5-8-hex-cap-w-washer-lock-patch

Harley bars - Good price - Obsolete product
I ordered some Harley bars because the Iron City price was good. The order was open 2 weeks and changed to "awaiting parts from central" - so I think all good, I appreciate these things take time - Then another week and changed to "obsolete" and refunded. My refund has since been processed. As the reply to my original review from Iron City seems to explain what happened I have amended this review to more positive and see what happens if I try and order something from Iron City again.

Hello,
Thank you for leaving a review, your feedback is essential for us to continue to improve our service.
Firstly we wish to apologise about the situation you have encountered. To help us investigate your order please can you get in touch via the email below and state your order number. I will try address your comments best I can at this point.
Items listed as "order" need to be brought in from the manufacturer, we have a tracked system and estimate within 5-15 working days if the item is not on backorder. In some cases items can be made obsolete on the HD system, when this occurs and an order has been placed for this part, the order line will be refunded the next working day from order. Then the item will be taken down off our site manually. In your case I can only presume the order was able to be placed then a manufacturer cancellation had taken place. The reasoning for a refund is listed at the bottom of your refund notification email.
In terms of your account with us, it can be deleted. As before, please contact us with further details so we can sort this out for you.
We would love the opportunity to turn this review around, please get in touch at marketing@opusmotorgroup.co.uk if you wish to discuss this further.

Hello,
Thank you for leaving a review, your feedback is essential for us to continue to improve our service.
Firstly we apologise, your shipping charge should have been refunded and a processing error had been occurred - this has been rectified with immediate effect.
At the time of your order our offices were closed because of the festive period so an unfortunate delay occurred, at another time our small team are dedicated to reply as soon as possible and your cancellation would have occurred quicker.
We operate a physical store and are an authorised Harley-Davidson dealership, our items online either indicate "in stock" or "order" if they have to be brought in directly from the manufacturer. In rare cases some items are sold instore, and we only know of discontinuation upon ordering however swift refund occurs.
We would love the opportunity to turn this review around, please get in touch at marketing@opusmotorgroup.co.uk if you wish to discuss this further.
