We can only apologise about the experience you encountered, as per our policy your order should have been in a secure box and not the bag of which is arrived in. This was reported in our system and should not happen again.
In terms of customs fees, this is clearly labelled on our site that customs duties are sometimes payable by the customer for orders over 150EUR. This is pre-determined by EU import laws and out of our hands, for more information see our shipping policy.

After placing a large order
After placing a large order, I only received 1 out of 3 packages. I am disappointed with the tracking and delivery. I have lost money and I intend to recover it one way or another, through legal action if things do not change.

The website ordering was excellent and easy to use, the mailing cost for small items is extortionate, could amount to twice the cost of a small item !! after sales service on the telephone was excellent and very helpful a pleasure to do business with.

Worst HD service experienced
Ordered a part on line which advised it was available, waited over a week and had no update, when I phoned to get an update I was advised the part was on backorder, none available in country, and I would be lucky to get it in two months time! Requested refund and a week later I am still waiting!
In mean time I have been able to locate a part in the UK and will have it next week!
Customer support is not there, arrogant people on phones, no communication to update on status of parts - website is still saying part is available!
Would not recommend, worst experience I have had with any HD supplier, no wonder they have re-named to disconnect from the HD dealership!
I don't expect HD parts to be available in amazon timescale however you would expect some notification / communication once you order a part and pay out nearly £400 to find out your not going to get it for at least 2 months! SHOCKING!

As stated on our site, if the item says "ORDER" this means it is available from central warehouse but not in stock at our dealership. The part is available to order but may be subject to a backorder, however we provide a custom tracker link in your confirmation email where you can easily look up your order with daily updates which reflect any delays or indicate a backorder. In this custom tracker you can then request cancellations of orders or items to amend your order to your needs. Alternatively you can email us, where our customer support team will reply to within 24hours any work day.

Misleading Stock Information and Long Delivery Times
I’m giving 3 stars because the customer service was good when I called, but the shipping information is very misleading.
The part I ordered showed as being in stock, so I purchased it as an urgent order. When it didn’t arrive quickly, I contacted the team and was told it could take a few weeks because the item is not held in the UK and ships from either the USA or Europe.
This is not made clear on the website. It simply shows as in stock, which gives the impression it is available for quick dispatch. Had I known the real delivery timescale, I would have looked elsewhere for a faster option.
Good customer service, but the stock and shipping information needs to be much clearer

On our website, listings are labelled as "order" or "add to cart", we then have information following this that states if the item is "order" then it will need bringing in from central warehouse which can in turn experience delays. As you state the item was listed as "in stock", this may be google shopping which is displaying that information which is incorrect however we are unable to change the status for google.
