Heatpump Repair
When Intergas eventually responded to the request from the installer to attend for a defect, they were excellent. Jack arrived at 09:45 from Cheddar (bearing in mind we live in Mid-Wales) he started work immediately and did not stop until 16:30. Unfortunately after trying everything in his arsenal he couldn't clear the error. He returned on Tuesday with additional items and had our heat pump up and running in short order. Throughout, Jack was polite and very knowledgeable about the system He kept us informed of what he was doing through out the process using terminology that we could understand and follow. Jack gets 5 stars, Intergas 4 Stars because of the delay in responding initially.

Jack and intergas are the business
This is the fourth year that Jack has serviced our boiler and he has excelled himself. He is always courteuos and graciously has worn a face mask despite the warm weather because our daughter is severly immunosurpressed. He has been professional and competant and has detected a couple of potential issues which he has fixed. He has also recommended some actions which will make our system more efficient. A great service!!
