First class service
First class service from beginning to end. The two people I spoke to were polite and professional and got an engineer booked in for the next day. The engineer was great too. Fixing the fault quickly and then also making efficiency improvements to my boiler. If only all companies were this good!

technical problem with my gateway
had a problem with my gateway and could not use my i pad to set the heating so rang technical and spoke to John over a couple of days not being computer wise it needed endless patience and we tried everything possible but could not figure out how to solve it John rang me back the following day and having thought about it overnight we tried various things to no avail on day 3 we hit paydirt and having reset everything the realisation was that the sender was at fault even though all the lights were on so now having installed a later model we are once again up and running and it is all due to John his patience and Instagas for employing him thanks and having dealt with instagas for 9 years there service and staff are brilliant

Paul the Intergas engineer text me the day before with his estimated time of arrival for the following day. He was on time and got stuck in. Not even a cuppa. He carried out all the mandatory checks on completion. Really nice chap and very knowledgable on gas legislation. The fault has not reoccurred, so presumably all is ok. Many thanks to all the team, from the technical team to the service staff and of course Paul.

Had my Intergas boiler serviced today by Jack the Intergas engineer for the South and South West
As usual he was here on time and he was very thorough and explained in full exactly what he was about to do
Never had to go to his van once he brought everything in one hit and had everything he needed

Ask for the engineer Paul Morrison!
A very friendly and thorough boiler service from Paul Morrison today! Paul went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble! Regrettably I was bitterly disappointed with the £360.00 charge for the fitting of a brand new gas valve during the routine boiler service but that is not on Paul, that is on Intergas who I will pursue for further comment separately as I believe this to be a disproportionate charge. I will ask for Paul again when the time comes.
