This is my 2nd time purchasing from these guys and I can't recommend them enough. Advice, service and support is unparalleled. JP was so patient with all my questions during product selection and helped us out not only with delivery slots but when we had a problem with installation (not their product) identified what had been done wrong and gave instruction on how to put it right. Had an issue with an electric boiler…
Had an issue with an electric boiler and from start to finish John in technical support was excellent t and helped us diagnose and fix the issue, also had the relevant parts required out and delivered within a day so I highly rate these as a company. Very good !!

THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE, NOTHING IS TO MUCH TROUBLE, THEY ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS QUICKLY.
THE ELECTRIC BOILER ARRIVED THE DAY AFTER IT WAS SENT.
THE BOILER WORKS REALLY WELL, SOMEWHAT BETTER THAN MY GAS BOILER.
CONTROLS ARE EASY TO GET USED TO, THE BOILER DOES EVERYTHING WELL, CANNOT FAULT IT.
HEATING AND HOT WATER ARE VERY GOOD .
I CAN RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF GETTING AN ELECTRIC COMBI BOILER.

great service and back up from the guys…
great service and back up from the guys at ehc…. john and rob in technical helped with any questions and problems we encountered during install… fitted a mercury combi boiler and was impressed with the ease of fitting and output of domestic water… great boiler if you don't need a lot of hot water…. ie no bath in property… would not hesitate to use this company in the future
