Poor floral design
Came on the right day and delivered alright. However, the floral bouquet did not meet expectations. The bouquet was not full like in the image, and many colours were missing.

Disappointed
Picture online showed roses and gerberas in a peach colour arrangement. Received mostly green shrubs and some pinks and white flowers (no roses or gerberas) - it was very cheap looking. Flowers arrived a day early, despite specifying date. The next day I received an email “out for delivery” but it was too late - would have been good to have received this when it was actually out for delivery. When I reached out to them about it I only received an automated response (likely AI generated) and no personal response to answer why the flowers I bought look nothing at all like the online picture - very deceptive. Won’t be using this service again.
