Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Their service is terrible and so is the quality of their cakes. You order something online, they hold off on the order till the last day claiming the delivery location is far and need extra payment. And I paid an extra amount of Rs.275/-
They even refused to cancel the order. My father had to go and collect the cake from the local bus stand. Worst thing is they deliver something you didn’t even order. I ordered and paid extra for a Chocolate cake for my father's birthday and they received a terrible vanilla cake
Terrible!!
So disappointed that I didn’t read their reviews before placing an order with them.
I do not want any kind of coupons or cash back from your company.
Please refund the extra 275 rs to me.

But after verifying the address with receiver the address was for 10 km outside city
We incurred additional charges for food and conveyance for delivery person to get the order delivered which we have never claimed from you

Very disappointing experience
They ask for reviews by offering a ₹100 cashback, but even after writing the review, there are too many follow-ups and the cashback is never received. The concerned person is also not answering calls. Very disappointing experience.

Very bad experience. I never write reviews but am forced to, so others don’t fall into this trap. You order something online, they hold off on the order till the last day claiming the delivery location is far and need extra payment. They even refuse to cancel the order. Worst thing is they deliver something you didn’t even order. I ordered and paid extra for a beautiful Black Forest cake for my parents wedding anniversary and they received a terrible vanilla cake saying Happy Birthday, nothing close to the image they have on their website. Terrible!! Wrong cake was sent and with wrong message too. So disappointed that I didn’t read their reviews before placing an order with them.

The delivery city provided was Dhanbad but in actual it was Chirkunda
The said order was placed in night hour at 21:00 for same day
if it was Dhanbad it would had been delivered in short notice
But since it was village address in short notice the order was not delivered
The said order has been processed for delivery on 27 March 25

Fraud and Verbal Abuse to worsen it
I had to order a cake and since the website showed a 4.7 rating didnt had time to see reviews.
The website claims free delivery, but once the order was confirmed within a few minutes got an mail demanding for an additional Rs. 275 as their center was far from the delivery area. My cousin ( Recipient) got a call from his nearby bakery ( which was preparing our order) that was hardly 2.3 km from his place. The customer care executive was totally unprofessional. I had to call several times to enquire about extra delivery charges but he very rudely told me to read policy and hung up the call several times when I tried reaching them. I reached chat bot and oh my goodness.. asking customer if they were
uneducated and dumb is totally not acceptable and instantly ended the chat abruptly. Why would someone wait for 24 hours for delivery related issues when it is ordered for special occasions? I understood you wont provide refund but where is it mentioned in your policy that you fraudulently get Rs. 275 from customers and loot them?
For your information I have gathered sufficient evidences and let me tell you if I don't get refund for additional delivery charges direct to my bank account at the earliest, my uncle is a Consumer Court lawyer and you will face the consequences accordingly.
Pathetic consumer care people verbally abusing when being asked for basic information.
I wish there was option for 0 rating.

Never buy from this company
Never buy from this company. First they advertise a product which is not available at the delivery location. But they wait till the last minute to let you know. Then when you request for a cancellation, they verbally agree but do not cancel. They ultimately deliver a wrong item and then charge extra. Even then when you request cancellation, they will not.
Call up customer service and attitude is: so what we have delivered your product. What else do you want?

I ordered the cake on 13th March 2025…
I ordered the cake on 13th March 2025 and the person it was supposed to reach, his birthday was on 15th March.
According to the time slot I selected on their website, The cake was supposed to be delivered on 15th March 6-8PM.
And I didn't receive a single call for the delivery, and when I tried calling them, the number went invalid.
First, it was an expensive cake and was direly supposed to reach by 15th. I want refund, full refund considering that none parameters were met. Otherwise, my brother being a consumer court corporate Lawyer, consequences would be met.
I urge company to refund my money or contact me at the earliest.
