Do not use this service. They are the worst.
The worst experience ever with this group of cake company. I ordered this for my parents from Canada, giving them the complete address, the phone number associated everything and they kept calling me late night at 3 am and 4 am saying they need extra money deposited for delivery, they are not able to reach the number, u need to give another number and by the time it arrived at their place the flowers are wilted and cake started melting. And when I called with concern about the way it was delivered, they have the worst customer service, instead showing concern, the lady was yelling at me.

Have given the name of my house name in apostrophes and is this way u put my address out there publicly. What kind of reply is that. Have some sense while replying.

I HAD ENTERED ALL THE CORRECT DETAILS! THE TRACKING DOESN'T WORK, CALLED TWICE TO CONFIRM, THE 1ST TIME I WAS TOLD IT WOULD GET DELIVERED TODAY(15.05.25), NOW AFTER 1 HOUR I CALLED TO ENQUIRE THE STATUS AND I'M BEING TOLD IT WON'T GET DELIVERED TODAY! AND THEN THE IRRESPONSIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" DISCONNECTED THE CALL ABRUPTLY AND THEREON KEPT RECEIVING AND DISCONNECTING THE CALL INSTANTLY. I, FOR THE VERY LEAST, ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY AGREED! AND THEN SENT MY AMOUNT AS COUPON CODE! I NEVER ASKED FOR IT AS COUPON CODE NEITHER WILL I EVER ACCEPT THAT.
1ST OF ALL YOU DON'T DELIVER THE ORDER, YOU DONT UPDATE ANYTHING ONLINE, WHEN I HAVE TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES YOU STOP ANSWERING! AND THEN DO WHATEVER YOU WISH WITH *MY* MONEY?
AND THE IRONY IS! THEY MENTION A "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE + FREE DELIVERY" ON THE WEBSITE. I HAD GIVEN A 72 HOURS TIMELINE ON 23RD MAY, 25 TO SEND MY REFUND BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. IF I DON'T RECEIVE IT BY THEN, SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE IN A LEGAL ENQUIRY!

I ordered a cake in mrning 8 AM .firstly, they delivered at 6 PM although promise was to deliver at 2 . That too cake was in worth ever condition. And they didnt even mention the words which i asked to write on cake . Upon complaining at customer care she simply cuts the call in between . Such a unprofessional behaviour.
Yes it was far away but for that you guys charged me 275 rs extra although cake was in superbad condition when delivered.
What you guys are trying to prove giving such statements or explanations

Amazing experience.
I have to send out cakes and flowers to some distant and difficult to reach areas and you guys have always come to my rescue. Be it same day delivery or on a later date, my orders were always fulfilled on time. The only con is, it’s a bit cumbersome to pay an extra amount separately depending on the place you are ordering to but it is completely justified. Hope you guys include that extra amount in the main checkout page so that we don’t have to make a separate payment again.
Other than that the service is remarkable!

Amazing Mango flavored cake!!
The delivery agent came riding a cycle at 9pm to my place which is very much praiseworthy. Cake was really nice in taste except for the decorations which was bit different from the online picture. Please try to provide 2 candles atleast for special occasions delivery. Please give my 5* ratings for the agent too. Wish to order again soon for more interesting flavors.
