MY SUGGESTION IS DONT USE THIS PLATFORM FOR ORDERS. I
dont have option lessthan 1 star. Very pathetic service and response from customer care and the girls are in customer care and they are very irresponsible and they dont have basic common sense to listen the customer words. They accepted the order and after that they are saying address is too long and asking for delivery fee of Rs 500 for 18 kms disteance and the cake cost is 1/2 kg and they arr saying about its 35 kms instead of 18 kms.

Even they dont respond to the emails they only respond if they want money

Boss check with ur customer care deprtment. I have called multiple times and they dont give proper response and disconnect the calls. 4 emails i drafted to ur email address and got one replay. I have paid Rs 275 for delivery and again asking for Rs 225 for delivery as the distance is 35 kms. But when i check with receiver he said its 18 kms only. Receiver collected self and no need of delivery fee And paid Rs 275 but there is no reaponse for refund for delivery fee. Email proof i will provide attachments.
NO NEED OF WRITE FAKE REVIEWS AND I DONT HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO WRITE FAKE REVIEW. I AM SUFFERING WITH THE SERVICE AND ONLY FOR THAT WRITE THIS REVIEW.

Dont tell customer on this way and try to resolve the customer issues.

I placed an order today from an Indian cake website and they had not written anything like this in the terms and conditions that you will be charged extra delivery charges, free delivery was promised and their customer care is telling us that you will have to pay this as it is far, so I said, it's okay, you cancel my order, when I asked for refund after cancellation, they said you will be given a coupon, so I told them that I should read it. You should put my refund in the card through which I made the payment, they said that no, it will not happen like this, so please tell me why it will not happen because on every website refund is paid from that card.when the payment was done, they asked me to pay an extra charge of Rs 275 because your delivery place is far away, when I called the customer care to cancel my order, they said that your refund coupon will come as per gift , so I said that I do not want to place any order with your company, I want payment directly in my account, you refund the payment in my account as soon as the payment has been made, you said this will not happen, if I mail, even if I got it, no reward came, this is mail id one of a fraud company, do not place any order from here, I want money refund in my account, the customer care people are very bad, they have no manerse.. Please resolve my problem and refund my amount direct bank account I don't wnt any types of coupons...

Just one word for IndiaCakes is FRAUD... They don't delivered the cake...
& now they don't give me my refund...

I am ordered a Valentine's day gift order No #2407021076 on 12-02-2025 and paid Rs:828 from my bank account, Next day(Delivery fixed day)morning(13-02-2025)I recieved a mail asking Rs:275 for delivery charge because delivery place far from city and i complete that delivery charge payment aslo. But They failed to deliver my order and cancelled my order from the side of indiacakes. Now they are refusing to giving refund on my account and send a Discount coupon via e-mail that doesn't usefull for me,They Doesn't ready for further communication and no progressive replay from company.I think better to raise complaint in Consumer court and filing cyber cheating case.

EDIT:-Only Partial refund of 828 processed and 275 additional payment refund not processed. Many of delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Indian post, DTDC etc delivered the same address using the same provided address, Phone number also provided, your company didn't attempt for delivery and cancelled my order.

EDIT 2:- I am again confirming that i didn't get full refund only got partially refund.Collecting additional amount for delivery after order and refunding partial amount is this fair?

Horrific Horrific Horrific customer service, unsure how these guys have managed to survive so far, the lady generally same woman who answers the call of customer service (if yoy luck out), outrightly rude, arrogant, talks back and just doesn't let customer speak. Very average cake, never delivery cakes on time as they agree despite of charging INR 275 for delivery.

2 3 ladies are doing scam. Once I placed the order they ask for 275rs extra for delivery (that's fair no issue ) I paid that also but still not send the order.
I called them from Qatar.
When I asked for refund being rude and raising voice. ( I have all recording )
Soon going to take big action against them & there company ) after coming to india & going to send notice to payment of gateway as well, who still taking payment after so many chargeback from bank
Keep My money you will get rich however, will teach you customer service soon.

Upon placing my order, I received an email requesting additional charges for delivery, despite the fact that my location is within the city. This was never mentioned upfront, and it feels deceptive. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer support, but I have not received any response to my emails.

Additionally, I have been contacted by individuals such as “Divya,” who have asked for last-minute payments of ₹275, which seems unfair and unprofessional. When I tried calling, my calls were disconnected without any explanation. I attempted to reach out multiple times, but I have been ignored.

I am extremely frustrated and would appreciate guidance on how to file an official complaint against indiancake
service. This experience has been both disappointing and troubling, and I hope it will be addressed promptly.

My order ID #2407021303 on the eve of valentine's day. Placed a time slot, paid the extra money for that.

Same story, they wanted 275 rupees to deliver. Fine, I paid.

But guess what, the flowers never got delivered. Called the customer service 50 times, mailed them; no response. This is unprofessional.

I need my refund directly to the bank account, at earliest, with an apology.

I recently ordered a cake from Indiacakes. They demanded a shocking hidden ₹275 delivery charge for a ₹500 cake on the morning of the event, which I flatly refused to pay. Their response? An unapologetic "no refunds" because I was canceling on the same day, even though it was their fault informing hidden delivery charge on same day.

After numerous complaints, they sent me a useless coupon that's only applicable on their site. Why would I pay again ₹275 for delivery when you can't even deliver to my location?Same trauma I should go through???

"All I want is my refund directly to my account!!!!!!....But Indiacakes refuses to do it. I'm taking this to the consumer court and will ensure everyone knows about this fraudulent behavior.

I request all to report their website, all got cheated can visit the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at and file a complaint. Additionally, mail GoDaddy to block their fraud website.

I will try my best to block your website and to take legal actions against you frauds......

It is make me disappointed first time I use this online service in hurry i found later that they proved us we are fool and stupid. We saw delivery charge on 19 rs after they send another link for payment of 275 for delivery. How ridiculous and froud it is. When I contact , seriously, they are even no spoken politely. Never and never get for it. Still I not get my order after paid additional 275rs.

Editing:order was delivered and without any additional charges..i am grateful for that but please change your system.your partnered suppliers should not be adding any additional charges and loose customer trust and create hussle.

Editing: it was finally delivered . Don't yet know if they additionally charged anything as I haven't spoken to my family.but will update here if any.i am thankful for timely delivery but the amount of stress they give and extra payment link just messed up my day.

Wow..just reading all the negative comments here after placing order with them and now receiving email is on hold pay extra 275 as delivery place is too far.
Told them to cancel the order and now they saying it's already processed and will be delivered.

Really wow..waiting on the their delivery..and I am not paying any additional charges for sure.. if they ask for it on the time they deliver..be ready to get sued.

This is a very stressful condition last minute they give..as I ordered and paid 4339 rs(Four thousand three hundred and thirty nine rupees)

India cakes seems to be a fraud and scammer company. At first they will give you free shipping without checking the pincode of the location. Later after ordering a cake they will sent a payment link mail on next day asking to provide payment for delivery. It's been more than 5 days where me and my wife both order cakes both orders are Pending even the occasion for the cake is already pass. We are following up with support from the last 5 days but no response pathetic support. We are planning to raise the complaint with consumer court and also make the necessary complaint in the RBI portal.
Now instead of returning our money they give us coupon to buy in future. Scammers

I placed an order 5 days in advance for a birthday cake and a bunch of flowers. On the day of delivery, they contacted us to ask for additional money as we requested a specific delivery slot, which was paid, and we don't know why they didn't just collect this payment when we ordered. Then we were asked for the delivery address as they didn't have it even though our order confirmation email had all the details, which means they would have had all the information. We asked several times during an email exchange if they had everything to proceed and deliver as we initially requested. They went quiet on us. We chased again, advising that we would like a full refund if they could not deliver according to our order. Now they won't respond, haven't delivered the cake or flowers and ruined a birthday. We have now had to contact our bank to get a refund so all in all, I have no idea how they are in business when they can't do the basics. You're a disgrace, and we won't be using you again in the future when there are reputable companies out there that value their customers.

Delivery IS possible as we have used other companies to deliver here before, so why you can't is beyond me! Secondly, why did you think it was OK to check the order and delivery address on the due date and then audaciously take additional funds to ensure it was delivered within the timeframe specified during the ordering stage? The address was provided, and funds were taken fraudulently when you did not intend to fulfil the order. You then went silent on us whilst we waited for a call from the birthday person with the delight of receiving their gift, a call that never arrived as you didn't deliver! Why has it taken a Trustpilot review to get a reply? You've remained silent 2 days after the expected delivery date until now. We’re from the UK and will spread the word about your horrible and disgraceful company.

**Update 30th January**
These imbeciles managed to refund £2.82, which they took as a separate payment for the delivery to a remote location that they did not deliver to.

For the remaining £28.74, the idiots thought a voucher would be an acceptable form of refund. We told them we didn't want a voucher as we would never use their service again and demanded the return of our money. Silence is all we've had since. We've now had to ask our bank to step in and get the funds back. It's not even a large amount of money, but it's all about the principal and exposing this fraudulent company for what it is.
