Simple no issues ordered and delivered. Product was as expected, all happy

The item I bought was too small. I took it back to Icebreaker in Hornby where they were reluctant to take back but did. I am still awaiting a refund. I phoned on Friday and no one called me back. its been 12 working days and no refund

Long time customer. I returned some items but after 5 weeks didn't get a refund. They supplied the return label. So I tracked the package and found out it was picked up and moved through a few depots of Fedex but never delivered. I sent an email demonstrating all of this and customer service responds sorry but we cannot issue a refund. SHOCKING! I dealt with chase sapphire and got a full credit. Done with this company. There are many companies that sell high quality marino baselayers and associated apparel. I will never buy from icebreaker again.

My recent purchase of Icebreaker shorts did not have inner lining as per my previous shorts purchased, the quality of the undergarments purchased recently seemed flimsy compared to previous purchases, the elastic was not firm enough & the length of the boxers was longer than those purchased previously.
I would return the whole lot but I have already used them!!!

I've bought probably 40-50 shirts, mostly T's and all 100% merino. I wrote to you two weeks back to say that of all my shirts, just the four black polo shirts have developed holes a pencil can fit through, in different places. ALL the polos, which I hardly wear. None of the 40+ merino T's, which I wear constantly. They're all stored together. What's going on?

I bought a pair of winter tights which are great, my second pair. I also bought a black zip up jacket, 300 real fleece which already has a whole in the fabric. I haven't washed it or been out bush yet. Very disappointed as I've been buying icebreaker for many years without this kind of problem.

Ich bin begeistert von der Qualität und vom Tragekomfort. Die Farbauswahl ist auch fantastisch. Die Ware wurde sehr schnell geliefert und war im sale wirklich günstig.

Heb dit merk gekozen om zijn kwaliteit. Maar bij een van de shirt verkleurde enorm. En een sprongen de gaten in. De klantenservice gaf niet thuis. Ze konden er niets aan doen. Ik koop dit merk nooit meer. Door slechte kwaliteit en klantenservice.

I bought a couple of tees. The material is really lovely quality but the sleeves are really short compared to what I’ve had before & the neckline is quite high. The length is actually generous but I’d prefer a longer sleeve.

Edit: heb uiteindelijk reactie gekregen van Icebreaker en de klacht is goed afgehandeld.
Ik heb een shirt besteld, ontvangen en voor dat ik het wilde dragen gewassen, geheel volgens voorschrift. Het shirt kwam niet netjes uit de machine, zoompjes in de hals en bij de mouwen gekreukeld en gedraaid en zijnaad ook gedraaid. Het shirt ziet er niet meer netjes uit. Ik heb een klacht ingediend met foto’s en vervolgens alleen een mail ontvangen dat Icebreaker hier zo snel mogelijk over terug zou komen. Dit is 10 dagen geleden. Ik heb nog 2 keer gevraagd om mijn klacht te behandelen maar helemaal niks meer gehoord.
Ik ben ontevreden over de kwaliteit van een A-merk duur shirt en zeker ook over de afhandeling van een klacht (geen afhandeling).

My husband wears Icebreaker bottom layer jumpers and T's all through the year; just varies what goes on top.

An easy company to deal with who supply quality products that stay in great shape.

While some may think Icebreaker expensive it is very good quality and delivers the warmth necessary to survive winter and autumn.

Ordered on Aug.23, 2026 and it has not arrived until Sept.8 so I sent an email asking for update on shipment. The customer service told me the package was considered lost and made a replacement order for me, and I still have not received my order on Sept.13.

I have been a customer for several years and to be bombarded with emails to prompt a purchase and make the purchase to find in the next email, the items of interest significantly discounted was salty
So yes love the product but not the ploy to purchase at full price that way

Have bought Icebreaker for 20 years and have seen quality gone rapidly downhill in last few years
Will not be buying Icebreaker again
