T-Shirts von herausragender Qualität

T-Shirts von herausragender Qualität. IceBreaker begleitet mich bereits seit vielen Jahren auf Reisen in die abgelegensten Winkel unserer Erde. Insbesondere an Orte wo keinerlei Möglichkeit besteht Wäsche zu waschen. 100%-Merino ist selbst nach 3 Wochen durchgehendem Tragen (in der Wüste bei 35 Grad, oder bei tropischer Luftfeuchtigkeit) absolut geruchsfrei. Kundendienst ist ebenfalls TOP. Lediglich ein T-Shirt, aus sämtlichen Bestellungen, ist einmal beim Ausziehen gerissen - wurde anstandslos ersetzt.
100% Merino - 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Tolle Kleidung

Super tolle, atmungsaktive Kleidung. Muss in der Regel selten gewaschen werden und kann nach dem auslüften wieder getragen werden.
Reiniger Kritikpunkt sind die Schnitte. Ich bin sehr kurvenreich und würde mir mehr V-Ausschnitte wünschen. Häufig ist die Kleidung auf eine eher maskuline Figur zugeschnitten.

Retourneren via UPS is een drama

Drama. Ik wil een pakket retourneren en dat moet via UPS. Mijn UPS accespunt blijkt een pakketautomaat te zijn dat mijn label niet accepteert. Het is volstrekt onduidelijk welke punten in Hilversum wel bemand zijn. Het alternatief is dat een chauffeur het pakje komt afhalen, maar het tijdslot is van 9-17 u. Voor mij niet werkbaar. Als ik aanbied om via een andere vervoerder te verzenden op eigen kosten, zegt Icebreaker dat ze dan mijn zending niet kunnen controleren.

Impractical return policy

It’s prob not that fair because I think the quality is pretty good. But unfortunately that policy about refunding and then repurchasing instead of swapping for a different size is not only annoying and frustrating, it also sometimes means that one will loose the discount of the original purchase

Les trois derniers T-shirt que j'ai…

Les trois derniers T-shirt que j'ai acheté se sont déchirés à l'arrière. Probablement le frottement de mon petit sac à dos mais je n'avais jamais eu ce problème avant.
C'est extrêmement décevant compte tenu du prix de ces t-shirts d'autant que j'en ai acheté au moins une dizaine chez vous depuis.

The Icebreaker Products!

The website, order and payment process is user friendly, easy to navigate and efficient. The icebreaker products are first class and high quality indeed. One thing though, the delivery company (DHL) doesn't always find the my precise address. I have to provide directions even though the address is clear and accurate.
