Ce que j’ai reçu n’était pas ce que j’avais commandé. Pas erreur de taille etc, complètement faux produits. En plus aucun produit que j’avais commandé était disponible après.

The clothing is good but is very expensive, I always wait till sales which gives some reduction so can personally justify the value.

Icebreaker has always had great products and I have been using them since they first came on the scene in the EU, with just their Oasis products. The deliveries have been on time and exchanges or returns, if needed have been hassle-free and easy.

I love this company‘s products. These are great for running an exercise. No odor even after heavy sweating. No chafing either. Great product.

Kwaliteit, natuurlijk en high performance.

Beinahe perfekt, aber ein klein wenig mehr würde noch gehen, finde ich.

Meiner Ansicht nach: mit dem „Bikini-Cut“ hat man bei funktionaler Damen-Unterwäsche die Nase ganz weit vor der Konkurrenz. Denn hier ist nicht nur das Material top, sondern eben auch der Schnitt. Denn wer bitte sagt, dass Funktions-Wäsche nicht auch ein wenig sexy sein darf?

Schade dabei ist nur: für mich dürfte man noch farb-mutiger sein. Es wäre schon ein Anfang, würde es den Bikini-Cut in allen Farben geben, die es bei den anderen Cuts gibt (aktuell z.B. das Orange, welches es nur beim Hippster-Cut gibt).

Es ist zwar – wenn man sich bei der Konkurrenz umsieht (wo schwarz / weiß / haufarben) dominiert – kritisieren auf hohem Niveau. Aber ich würde noch ungleich öfter bei euch einkaufen, gäbe es dafür einen guten Grund. Und Farbenvielfalt wäre ein solcher!

I bought large and they are a little neat straight out of the box. Also a little low on the back maybe as a result of being slightly small.

The merino clothes are superb.
It is just sad, that they not ship all over Europe. I would defenetly buy more if the delivery would be to Slovenia.

Great clothing, seriously let down by terrible customer service.

Ordered two items to try, both were good, but one better (longer fit, nicer zips), so started the returns process.

Was sent a return label that wouldn’t scan in, then a second and finally one that works. Customer service was generally slow to respond, usually took two emails of being asked to do something, gave inconsistent information and clearly couldn’t care less, despite telling me multiple times how keen they were to help and sorry for frustration caused.

It’s clear they are trying to waste time so I’m past the return window.

Assuming the clothes last half as well as the batch I bought 20 years ago, I’ll still shop occasionally, but I’d make sure I have time to waste for customer service (or skip on that occasion).

Do not recommend ordering from Icebreaker at all if you expect you might need to return- I have been waiting for a refund for a return for over 2 months now! I made the original order in January and returned the items I didn't need at the beginning of Feb. Had no confirmation of receipt of the return despite tracking showing delivered until I contacted customer service and even then, a response took days, and they have now become unresponsive as I chase for my still missing refund.. extremely infuriating! Where is my refund?

UPDATE: Since posting my complaint, Icebreaker have responded to apologise and issued the refund. While I am glad to have it resolved, it still should not take so long in the first place.
