I switched our charities savings account to HTB as their rates were much better than my current bank. I also found the switching process really easy, with minimal bureaucracy.

I tried opening an ISA
I tried opening an ISA, to transfer an existing ISA to it. I kept getting messages asying account would be closed if i didnt put any money in it, and after contacting hfc, i received confirmation these were automatically generated letters, so to ignore them as i was doing a transfer.
the next message i got said my account was closed, as i didnt put any money in it!

Missing money
I requested to close my account. Over 6k and it was promised yesterday. its still not come through and its left me all weekend worried as to where it is. Not good
Thanks issue sorted. Arrived after the weekend but had me worried all weekend when was promised on the Friday

ISA Transfer
So slow in transferring an ISA starting with forms sent at end of March. Had to chase them up. Said to send forms again. Still waiting for transfer.

I was locked out of my online account…
I was locked out of my online account despite using the id provided and a password recently set up by myself. I telephoned on a number of occasions to try to rectify this but was unable to get through. This led to the account not being funded and hence closed.
