See message about Horseware contacting me re undelivered order. Just to update, absolute no attempt has been made to contact me. They take payment and then do not provide any means of contacting them if your order does not arrive.

Commande d'une couverture en mai 2024 pour une poulain nouveau née en difficulté.

J'ai téléphoné pour être sur du stock et de la rapidité d'expédition, il était ok et m'ont promis de l'avoir sous 2 jours...

Aujourd'hui 03/10/2024 toujours aucune couverture.

J'ai fais réclamation et je n'ai pas reçu pour le moment de retour après 5 emails concernant cette réclamation de colis.

Aujourd'hui, je vais faire un courrier recommandé.

I ordered a sweet itch rug on 26th July, and over two weeks later my order is still awaiting customs clearance - every communication with them has been short and abrupt, absolutely zero customer service, where you're made to feel like a hindrance rather than a valued customer. It'll probably be September when it arrives at this rate and therefore not needed! Their customer service needs serious attention.

Normally I love this company and their blankets. Their Autumn Series sheet is advertised as a "turnout" and it's not. Mine tore in the stall with no sharp corners. It's ruined because if I repair it, it won't be waterproof. I only purchase their turnouts but I'll find a better company to buy turnout rain sheets for my horses.

Years ago, I used to buy Amigo turnout sheets knowing they wouldn't last as long as a Rambo, but they'd at least get my horse through a winter and stay waterproof. I now again have a young, growing horse and don't want to buy a $300 sheet he'll grow out of, so I went back to Amigo from Horseware Ireland again.

Imagine my surprise when the "ripstop" turnout sheet arrived and the fabric felt flimsy as tissue paper. But I thought maybe they know better than I do, and put it on my horse anyway. Within 24 hours, it was so shredded that it's barely recognizable as a horse blanket.

Look, I don't expect miracles. Horses are horses and horses destroy blankets. I'd have happily sewn up a tear or two, or patched a hole or two. But if you're selling something for "turnout," it should be able to stand up to 24 hours of normal equine activities.

I gave Horseware the chance to honor their one-year warranty, but they decided that the item was "not defective" and declined to cover it. Fortunately, the seller I purchased it from stands behind their products and offered a store credit to get a new sheet. This will be the last Horseware product I buy!

After 10 years of exclusively blanketing my horses with the Horseware Ireland brand (and spending thousands of dollars on those blankets) the company has officially lost my business. I returned blankets in November 2023 and was refunded. I did not realize at the time I had been refunded for a blanket I kept (value of $166.38). Horseware customer service just requested (in mid January 2024) I pay the company via PayPal to correct this balance and sent no records with their original email showing the mistake THEIR finance department had made. I have never dealt with a large corporation correcting their bookkeeping by sending a PayPal request. Especially not nearly three months after the refunded transaction. I have no problem paying for the blanket I kept, but find this way of doing business incredibly unprofessional.

The products are fine - the Customer Service is non-existent.
No phone numbers and an email that rarely is answered, if ever.
So I shall bring my business somewhere else next time.

Jeg købte troligt en hals fra Rambo horseware da jeg gik med troen om at jeg betalte for kvaliteten, da min sidste hals fra Rambo holdte i 4 år.
Min nye hals har ikke engang være brug i 1 mdr og den er allerede ved at gå op i Velcro lukningen, der er lavet en reklamation som dsv blev afvist da det ikke er en syning der er gået op.

Ordered a 300g liner and received 3 coats instead. No number to call to sort it out efficiently.. only email which is a slow response. Will not be ordering from them again.

Excellent easy to order, arrived quickly, DPD, properly packaged. Great price and only company to have items I needed. Came with a returns label which I didn’t need. Thank you

I ordered 3 rugs and was sent 2 that weren’t what I ordered. The company is refusing to refund my £398 until I’ve returned the incorrectly sent goods back to them, which I am unable to do as I don’t have a returns label. I’m also not prepared to pay for shipping. I have also sent the company photos of the incorrect items, at their request, yet they are still refusing to refund me. I fail to see why I should be out of pocket for almost £400 for their pricey mistake.
