Excellent service. Excellent quality. I switched exclusively to Horseware for my horse string this year. Any problem has been resolved quickly and with 100% satisfaction by US team. My only (happy) problem is competition for products before they sell out!

Rien de va!! On peut commander et payer, mais rien ne suit! Et impossible de les contacter. Une honte que ce site soit encore accessible

Customer service when something isn't working is shocking. They almost seem surprised that with the onset of winter people want to order rugs in the sizes that should be available. 1st set were the wrong size after using the measurements video, so sent back, delivered on Wednesday, still no confirmation of a refund or that they have even received the return parcel. Thank the lord UPS tracking has confirmed it delivered. Order through a retailer because dealing with horseware is so painful it isn't worth it, they have not sent one of the items to the retailer that I ordered quoting it was out of stock. Lo and behold, their website is showing the exact item in stock in the size I ordered. If I had the time I would send the whole lot back and switch to Premier Equine. The lack of support for direct customers and it seems retailers is appalling... how they are still in business I will never know

Ero inizialmente scoraggiata dall’effettuare un acquisto sul sito, dopo aver letto tutte queste recensioni negative. Ho comunque proceduto ad effettuare un ordine di un paio articoli super scontati, e mi sono dovuta subito ricredere. La spedizione è stata rapidissima; avvenuta il giorno seguente e la consegna in un paio di giorni lavorativi. Gli articoli sono arrivati perfettamente imballati e accuratamente incartati; la qualità dei prodotti è notevole. Sono molto soddisfatta del servizio; riacquisterò sul sito sicuramente. Grazie!

I had many questions about Horseware’s blankets because winters in Alaska can be quite tough. Last year, their Rhino Plus turnout blanket kept my yearling warm. This year they ran out of that type so Lauren suggested the Rhino HexstopVarilayer turnout and sent me detailed information regarding its specs since I was concerned the lighter weight may not be as warm. I’m relieved after reading the info. Horseware’s support is quick and courteous!

I love Horseware products, especially the rugs! On a whim recently I ordered a horseware grooming halter. There were problems with delivery (UPS) and ultimately the product was returned to sender. I was ready to ask for a refund. I emailed Horseware to express my frustration and their response was immediate and very helpful! They resent the halter at no cost to me and it arrived a few days later by (DPD). So thank you so much Horseware for your speedy response to the problem and for my lovely headcollar!!

Dont buy the Rambo Duo Force 2.0 Thurnout blanket unless you dont mind having to buy a new one every year. At almost $600 its money down the drain. Ours teared down the middle of the seams and they blame the horse!

Ich warte aus der Bestellung 12.2. 2026 bis heute auf die Rückzahlung, es ist unglaublich nervig nie eine Antwort zu bekommen , ich schreibe nun täglich und habe seit 14 Tagen keine Antwort oder nur eine Sinnlos Standart Antwort erhalten

Absolument fan des couvertures Horseware.
J’ai eu un souci avec la livraison de ma commande. Le service client a été ultra réactif, et m’a rapidement proposé soit de me renvoyer une couverture, soit un remboursement. Le renvoi a été très rapide, la livraison parfaite. Pour ma part, une expérience 100% positive, et un SAV à l’imagine de la marque: excellent. Un grand merci à Emmanuelle pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.

I can not agree with all the bad reviews.
I use Horseware rugs since many years, tried other companies but the couldn´t compete qualitywise.
Bought a rug back in Nov/2022 online directly at Horseware Ireland, this one got two weeks ago suddenly an unexplained defect, so I sent a meaningful video to show the issue. I got a new replacement.
Best customer service on this planet!

I contacted customer service as I had only used a rug for 2 days before the stitching on the tail flap came undone and it blew over my horses head. Luckily I was in the field so an accident was prevented. They took about a week to respond. I explained what happened, that I purchased it in a store when I was away last year and thus couldn’t go back to store. I sent photos showing how new the rug was. They didn’t acknowledge the potential accident and told me to go back to the store so provided useful no resolution to their faulty product. I will be sticking to Bucas in the future.

Après un achat courant décembre: suite à un souci, j’ai eu droit à un SAV plus que réactif, accueillant et compréhensif. Mention spéciale pour l’interlocutrice de chez horseware à qui j’ai eu affaire, très à l’écoute et gentille.

Meine Rambo WUG Turnout 0g Regendecke ist nach nur 2 Jahren nicht mehr wasserdicht. Bei Starkregen war mein Pferd komplett nass unter der Decke, ohne dass ein Riss oder sonstiger Schaden vorhanden ist.
Trotz der beworbenen 10-jährigen Garantie auf Wasserdichtigkeit reagiert Horseware überhaupt nicht (ich wurde an den Händler verwiesen, bei dem ich die Decke gekauft habe, der Händler bekommt aber auch keine Reaktion von Horseware).
Für mich steht fest: überteuerte Produkte mit schlechter Qualität und absolut mangelhaftem Kundenservice. Ich werde keine Horseware-Decke mehr kaufen!

I’ve not even received my product. UPS are the delivery service. However they have rejected the parcel at the local depot and it’s been returned back to Ireland. The details/payment made at Horseware end are invalid. No phone details readily to contact horseware, reply times are very long. Great rugs but do not buy direct from Horseware. Really poor customer service. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund/altered delivery but takes time.

I use Horseware rugs since many years and never have been disappointed by the quality. I ordered I wrong cut for my horse and also the return time limit has been exceeded (because i did not try it immediatly) I could return it. I ordered a different one and it has been delivered superfast. Compared to other companys horseware still knows what good customer service means

Ordered a rug from the website which showed a neck cover with the rug. On reading the description in small letters at the very bottom it stated neck covers could be purchased separately. I then tried unsuccessfully to cancel my order on a number of occasions with no response. I never received an email confirming my order or an order number. I am now left with a rug which I am able to buy a neck cover for because it is the older D ring fixings rather than the Velcro last time I will ever buy direct from Horse terrible experience.

I did not receive my rug despite you gaslighting me with tracking numbers and emails saying it was on its way. I would not have minded waiting so much if it wasn’t for the emails promising delivery

I've had an Amigo Bravo 12 since 2021, it never let a drop of rain through, but it was at the end of its life. I bought a new one, the rug was put on the pony and 4 hrs later the pony was brought in for a feed and the rug was removed. The rain had soaked through from the outside to the inside and it was very wet on the inside. It had rained but it was not heavy rain just persistent. The wet seems to be coming in on any areas where there was an attachment sewn on, but even the tail flap was wet which is indicates that it’s not sweat. Photos were taken. I got a replacement, and the same problem. I was then sent a further replacement, it was the new version with the three sucingles. They have made the surcingles so short that even extended to the maximum they wouldn't do up. So that went back for a refund.
I put this review on the Horseware website, but it's never appeared. It seems Horseware pick the reviews that suit them to put up on their website and only ones 4 stars and above. How convenient.
Not sure what's going on with Horseware but they used to be quality, reliable rugs, but have definitely gone downhill despite massive price increases.
