Horseware by Horsemania, c'est une escroquerie, des voleurs, j'ai commandé une couverture à 132€ le 4 avril dernier que je n'ai jamais reçue! Dix jours plus tard, ils ont pris la peine de répondre à un seul de mes e-mails en me parlant de remboursement et aujourd'hui 17 décembre, malgré de nombreux e-mails, je n'ai ni eu ma couverture, ni récupéré mon argent, c'est lamentable, une honte!

Bought a high neck turn out rug and was very pleased with it. Good fit and appeared good quality. However after only 3 weeks of wear the tail strap came off, no damage at all to the rug but the fastening had come off at one side along with the clip. Wrote to horsewear telling them this but no response at all. Very poor customer service will not buy again.

I will not be using them again, they have no customer service. I made an order only one item arrived, after 2 weeks and reaching out twice nothing has been communicated with me. We are now entering week 3 and I have had an email from paypal saying I have got a refund but nothing from Horseware.

The item that was refunded has remained in stock on their website the from when I purchased it so I dont know why its been refunded. I hope I am wrong but I wonder if it was a fake black Friday sale as I did buy other bits I would not have purchased it if it wasn't for this item.

J'ai commandé 2 couvertures 400 g le 28 Novembre. Le délais de livraison était de 1 à 5 jours. Aujourd'hui, le 10 Décembre, je n'ai rien reçu, je n'ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande, j'ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails et pas de réponses.
Je trouve lamentable que l'on ne me tienne pas au courant et que l'on ne réponde pas à mes e-mails.

The turnout blankets are NOT waterproof! I took it straight out of the bag and put it on my pony before it rained and when I went out to feed later that evening he was soaked and shivering. Customer service is non existent. Nobody answers the phone or emails and they deleted my comments on Facebook.

Ordered a turnout rug.. two weeks later was still showing yet to be dispatched, finally received an email stating UPS had lost the parcel and the that the item is now no longer in stock, yet to receive a refund from this joke of a company. BEWARE

Aucune réponse au mail envoyé, et délai d'expédition à plus de 1 semaine. Commande qui n a toujours pas de numéro de suivi donc toujours pas préparer et envoyé !
Il pourrait au moins informer sur le site le délai d expédition s il est a plus de 48 à 72h.

Déçu !

Don’t order from this company. Returns are not allowed. No response from emails or calls. Complete scam of a company.

I am shocked !! Horseware ireland ... MADE IN CHINA. I paid 170euros last week for a horse rug amigo. This to me means i could have bought the same quality on Temu for 40 euros UNBELIEVABLE

Purchased a rug last month. It never arrived, according to tracking it never left. Struggled to get any answer from customer service. They said I would get a refund but no sign.

I would not use them!

I’ve never left a review but need to warn other people that if you buy from
Horsewear direct it is impossible to return items. My item arrived with no paperwork or returns form and there is no reply on the website enquiry, email or phone number. This is a total scam

This is a review on customer service the products have all been fantastic although I very much doubt the warranty’s stand with the lack of customer service! I’ve had issues with my latest order email help is no help at all I did try phoning I used a pay as you go phone as my contract is blocked from calling numbers outside the uk the call cost £20 and I didn’t even get through to a human from now on i probably won’t buy directly from horseware I’ll use sites that sell their stuff but won’t buy direct again

Der Kundenservice ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Man schreibt Mails und bekommt ewig keine Antwort. Es werden Sachen vereinbart aber nicht umgesetzt. Jetzt war es mir zu blöd und ich wollte die Decken innerhalb der Rückgabefrist zurücksenden. Die Retoure lässt sich aber nicht anmelden. Man braucht ja nochmals eine Retourennummer. Einfach nur die Etiketten drauf und zurücksenden ist mir zu gefährlich, immerhin sehe ich sonst meine 700€ vielleicht nie wieder.

Purchased one fly mask early spring ... really liked it, especially the great big velcro closure.... a few weeks later purchased another one but the velcro is a different quality and hasn't lasted the summer ... the first one purchased is still great ... second purchase very disappointing and it wont stay on the horse ... spring summer 2025

Horseware is simply outstanding. The quality of their rugs and riding gear is second to none. Durable, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both horse and rider. My horse has never been better protected, and I can see the difference in fit and performance compared to other brands.

On top of that, their customer service is excellent. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed to return an item, the process has been quick, easy, and handled with real care. They make you feel valued as a customer and deliver a premium experience every time.

Great products, great service, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my horse.

No Customer service, zero possibility to get in touch, phone number on Homepage is not available anywhere
Not reachable by emails
They dont answer to your email
They send a tracker number that wasnt my products
No idea were everything i order is
Of course, ill get no money back.
The website is a scam for sure

Jeg bestilte et dækken som kom rimelig hurtigt. Desværre passede dækkenet ikke til et str 125. Min henvendelse svarede de ikke på efter 3 uger. Jeg returnere dækkenet og har stadig efter 4 uger ikke fået pengene retur. Aldrig mere vil jeg bestille fra Horseware Europe online.

Je recommande ! Couverture vraiment bien ! Et service client au top !
