Horseware Arvostelua 

Samara is a literal saint! My horse broke his blanket (not Horseware) right before a big winter storm was coming. I needed a blanket liner ASAP to add warmth to his Rambo turnout. We were getting-25 temps the coming week. Samara called the warehouse to make sure it would be sent out same day. I ordered the blanket on Friday afternoon and it was on my porch Sunday morning! I can’t thank her enough for all of her help and knowledge of knowing what liners fit with the Rambo turnout blanket I had. I will forever buy Horseware blankets because of her! Thank you so much for making sure my horse would be warm through the winter storm!

The quality of Horseware Ireland’s products is outstanding. My mare is dressed exclusively in their sheets, blankets, liners, fly sheets and fly masks from across their various lines. I have been fortunate to nab all of them on sale, and they have held up for years.

I recently purchased a new sheet for my horse as part of the 12 Days of Christmas sale and it arrived with a manufacturing defect. I contacted Horseware and their customer service team was nothing short of excellent.

They were prompt and courteous and are sending me a new sheet. I don’t even have to go through the hassle of sending the defective one back.

Between the quality of the products and the excellent customer service, I don’t even consider other brands of sheets or blankets. My only gripe is I’m not a fan of some of the louder colors and wish neutrals were more widely available. Then again, I do shop on sale so I get what I get and I don’t get upset.

Wow love this company and their amazing blankets! My horse stays warm in every different weather situation. I had a problem with one of their blankets and they fixed my problem immediately! Wonderful customer service!

Much better customer service than other brands I have delt with! Yes, you can only contact them via email, but I had no issues. Samara was wonderful and always replied back immediately. They sent out a replacement blanket ASAP. I am a Horeswear customer for life.

Amazing products! Customer service has been top-notch, and the products are fantastic! They have items for horses and humans. My new favorite thing is the summer sheet with the 100g removable liner. They are perfect when the weather is cool overnight but warms up fast. The top is also waterproof, so if a random rainstorm happens, the horse is dry instead of wet and cold. My other favorite item is the Duratek jacket. It is perfect for the stable and running around town. I strongly dislike winter. This jacket keeps me warm and dry and blocks the wind. I also love that it has recycled items making it better for the Earth.

They have responded to my emails in a very helpful and understanding manner, even through the holidays.

No Customer service, zero possibility to get in touch, phone number on Homepage is Not reachable, emails are Not answered.
For me it was Not possible to return sth. I sent sth back and it turned out to come back to me, repacked! Don‘t ask me what happened. Of course no Money back.
For me the practices are not legal in europe and i contacted Customer protection services in germany .
Bucas and eskadron and other Rugs are as Good and offer „normal“ interaction with customizer….

If the review were for the products it would be much higher. However customer service is horrendous. I needed to return an item and it has been a battle for over a month ti get my money back. In the end we were considering small claims court.
If you buy directly from Horseware use PayPal and be sure to report a problem to initiate a refund before 30 days have expired. Or buy Horseware products from another retailer. I would not touch the online site ever again

am 4.10.24 entschloss ich mich einmal etwas mehr Geld in die Hand zu nehmen um eine "vernünftige" Decke für mein Pferd zu kaufen. Ich entschied mich für das Amigo bravo 12 plus bundle mit Linern. Zuvor besaß ich immer nur günstige no-name Decken, welche immer zuverlässig dicht wären und nie kaputt waren. Die große Enttäuschung traf direkt an dem Tag ein, an dem die horseware Decke ankam. Sie hat dem ersten Schauer Regen nicht stand gehalten. Ich wendete mich sofort an den Kundendienst, schließlich könne es ja nicht sein dass ich 300€ für eine Decke ausgebe, die nicht dicht ist. Ich wurde abgewiesen, es läge kein defekt an der Decke vor. So gab ich die einmal getragene horseware Decke in die Reinigung um sie professionell imprägnieren zu lassen. Nun ärgere ich mich mindestens einmal die Woche, weil an irgendeiner Stelle der horseware Decke immer wieder die Nähte aufgehen. Ich sitze immer wieder stundenlang da und Nähe die "hochwertige" horseware Decke. Genau das wollte ich umgehen mit der Idee eine "vernünftige" Decke von horseware zu kaufen. Seit ich mein Pferd habe, sind meine (günstigen no-name Decken) noch nie kaputt gegangen. Die horseware Decke ist ständig kaputt. Jeden Tag fällt mir eine Naht auf, der man schon ansieht dass sie bald aufgeht.
Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht, auch weil der Kundenservice sich absolut nichts davon annimmt. Jede günstige Decke im Raiffeisen Markt ist hochwertiger verarbeitet als diese horseware Decke. Ich bereue meine Entscheidung diese Decke gekauft zu haben und wünsche mir ich hätte meine no-name Decken behalten und auf die horseware Decke verzichtet. Das war mein erster und letzter Kauf bei horseware und ich würde auch in Zukunft jedem davon abraten hier zu kaufen.

I don't usually write reviews but, I felt I needed too in Horseware's defence . I brought a bridle from them in their sale. I received confirmation email but hadn't got a despatch notification (1 day after), So I did a quick search to see what the despatch timings were and came across a few bad reviews and lots saying late delivery and poor customer service. I got worried and thought I'll just give them a call.

I can only say that the staff member I spoke to was not only very polite and pleasant but helpful advised that wasn't their area but they emailed the correct department and said that they will get back to me, Which they did via email within 20 mins of phone call stating that was despatched and would be with me with in 5 -7 working days due time of the year ( No problem). Well it was delivered to me today which was less than 24hrs after despatch.

Wife ordered a hood for a rug and the wrong item was sent. Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to contact company - phone not answered, contact form has been broken for weeks. Ended up getting a refund via the bank chargeback process.

DO NOT ORDER DIRECT FROM HORSEWARE

I have ordered 2 same size rugs (outer & liner), however, one is arrived with smaller size. So I wrote immediately to the customer service explaining
the problem encountered with order details and photos of wrong product I received. The staff wrote me 2 days later asking more details and then I got an email telling me that they have ordered a replacement for me.
What made me surprised is that they told me to keep the wrong size one when I asked how to return/exchange it!
They did so called service recovery!!

First of all, I find the Horseware products in general superior to many that are on the market here where I live in Spain. I ordered the Horseware Rambo Fly rug having seen the quality of the rug on a friend's horse. I have a mare who suffers terribly from Sweet Itch and have had to purchase many over the last year as she ruins them in no time due to the constant itching. The Rambo rug is of far superior quality, fits well, has great fastenings and is a lot more robust. Initially I received the wrong order, however, I'm pleased to say that Horseware were courteous and efficient and had another delivery made in just a few days. All I had to do was take the wrong package to our local UPS office. I would most definitely buy from Horseware again and would always shop directly with them.

Ils répondent aux mails quand ils ont le temps et apparemment ils sont débordés ! Ils ne répondent pas au téléphone c'est plus pratique pour éviter les réclamations. A FUIR

I never write reviews, but the customer service is unbelievable. First, no way to communicate. You use the online contact form that has been down for some time. Then, I found a member to call on a review posted below. My blanket didn’t ship because it was out of stock, but no call or email and weeks go by. I called 3 times and emailed back and forth and no tracking number. This by far has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had that I wrote a review. I have never wrote one on my life, but this takes the cake. Note: still don’t have my $200.00 blanket or a refund.

Ordered a rug on 1st October, still not received and can’t get hold of anyone to get an update. Appalling customer service, you were very quick to take my money!

Meine Bestellung ist nicht im Benutzerkonto hinterlegt, In der Bestätigungs E-Mail geht der Nachverfolgungslink ins Nirvana, die Telefonnummer auf der Website ist nicht vergeben. (Ist das legal?!) !!! Über mehrfache E-Mails an den Kundenservice kommt genau KEINE Antwort.
Ich glaube nicht, dass diese Art von Geschäftspraktik zulässig ist, wenn man online Waren verkauft. Ich werde mich nun an den Verbraucherschutz wenden, wenn ich weiterhin keine Antwort erhalte.
(Es ist einfach unfair gegenüber den vielen tollen Anbietern, die super Service bieten)

J’ai commandé une couverture Optimo Plus (430€), laquelle est trop grande. Les couvertures Horseware sont d’une grande qualité, mais vaut mieux tomber sur la bonne taille à la commande. Il y a le bon de retour dans le colis, mais impossible d’obtenir le numéro d’échange. Le service client ne répond ni au téléphone ni aux mails pourtant envoyés en français et en anglais.
