Purchased a vacuum cleaner recently…
Purchased a vacuum cleaner recently from the Hoover website having used two different manufacturers in recent years. I felt that they had become ridiculously expensive.
Looked at Hoover because they are the original vacuum manufacturers aren’t they!?
My product was well priced and lighter in weight which is one of the reasons I purchased it. Pleased with the product so far. A couple of hours after purchase the company advertised a weekend discount. I received excellent customer service within the hour on contacting via email and immediately received a price match refund to the reduced price. Very happy to try Hoover again.

Hoover HLS pet is great
The design has clearly been taken from Shark liftaway. What i like is that it is lighter and is in pastel colours. It picks up my cat hair effortlessly ... loving it at the moment. It is new so not sure on longevity of product.

Phone call connected to AI operator. Unnecessary questions, to get help/advice. After making a second phonecall, I got through to a human. Having explained my query, the phone went dead.

I purchased a new fridge freezer and attempted to register the warranty. The customer service was very poor. I was informed that, due to internal policy, the team cannot provide a reference number as proof of registration. This is unacceptable, as customers need written confirmation that their warranty is active. I would like this to be reviewed.

Hoover. What an all round total disgrace!!!!!
Had a dryer delivered in july and fitted in august and didnt work. Due to being past the 30 day period it wasnt eligible for replacement. Had 1 engineer out who didnt have a clue. Said he couldnt repair and recommendeda replacement. They refused and sent a second engineer who replaced a switch and then sald if that doesnt work he will recommend replacement. His report back to hoover and said he left and found no fault which was a total fabrication. Spoke to hoover again today and now a 3rd enginner is coming to replace the pump. Since its been fitted it has never worked. If you are thinking of purchasing a hoover an appliance dont bother. The customer serice is a discrace the product is no good and the engineers are useless. You put your trust in hoover and the products and this is how you are treated. I have spent a lot of money fitting my new kitchen with there products but will never buy any products from them again. The automated customer service is atrocious and hangs up on you and when you get through they cant pass you onto someone in authority they cant as they are working from home. I thoughtcovid was over. All in all a total shambles. I will not be beaten and i will take this to every social media outlet i can to gept my voice heard and get this issue resolved. Shame on you Hoover.

While I would give the overall experience a 2 out of 5 as I was waiting for half an hour on hold just to be told my repair is being done by a contractor and to call them, the person I spoke to was a 5 out of 5 as she was very polite and actually wanted to be helpful.
